HELLO, WHILE WATCHING THIS VIDEO THAT SEEMED RUSHED, I NOTICED THAT THERE WERE FEW SHOTS OF THE BATHROOMS AND NO MENTION OF WATER PRESSURE, HOT WATER, AIR CONDITIONING , FLOORING AND SECURITY LIGHTING & DOORS. WAS THERE A COOKTOP AND IS THE ASKING PRICE NEGOTIABLE? LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HOMES WITH ENSUITE BEDROOMS AND SOME LAND FOR GARDENING.

In kenya you won't find a 'developer' home with enough space for gardening. Most developers are greedy, don't consider use of land during planning construction but bare minimums if any. This developer is a good example of that greed. In that small piece of land, the developer has squeezed 4 tiny houses in a space that would comfortably accommodate a 61ft (width) by 71ft (long) single spacious family house and have enough space on all sides for some greenery.
In that case you need a 100*100 plot of land that way you'll have a big kitchen garden.
For the price also I'd expect a dsq and a better master bedroom

That should be improved in the middle Level housing, but we have other developers doing an excellent job. Call us!
