Dr. Nilesh Oak has done great service to Our Itihas by doing exact dating.
Previously it was generally believed that two Mahakavyas may not have very True stories etc
For me personally, truth of Adhyatm , which invariably appears in texts like Ramayan & Yog Vasisth and Mahabharat Gita & Bhagwat maha Puran, is directly established by proving Avatarn of Shri Ram & Shri Krishna ACTUALLY HAPPENED .
We must work on madieval history also now , Shak, Hun, Vikarmaditya . And history of Moses Jews and Yerusalem and all desert Majhabs

Vanshavali means passing the knowledge to next generations but to right and most eligible persons. That’s why I understand. Nowadays we try to pass our knowledge to our kids even they are not capable in any way. Good positive example is Guru Dhrona and Arjuna

I read and listen to all kinds of talks and articles related to ancient history . The kind of technology and information easily available now is phenomenal. Come to present day… I agree with Sriman Oak .
Just like how he starts with praises and end an intro with faults…. Sir, I can understand you are inundated with comments of all kinds. But you are sounding more and more rude lately.

Good starting points, thougts for a fresh research. What ever we are told in academics seems to be all incorrect. This much of information we have now for sure cannot be full set of lies as told to us these days and mythology is just stories. It needs to be correctly called as Purana. Unfortunately many of us don't have time to do research. May be I will have time in next 5+ years.

I think population also matters how many urban centers were there around 5,600 BCE Early Rakhigarhi phase Mehargarh 2 phase and Bhirrana these 3 towns will only have a population of let's say 100,000 people on maximum in Mahabharata war we have 18 akshauhini's itself where each Akshauhini = 109,350 soldiers Mahabharata is not possible before 1,500 BCE by any sense because the whole Indus valley civilization on maximum can support population between 5-7 million peopes during it's declining phase i.e 2,000 BCE and in Mahabharata 1.5 million-2 million people participated in war it's not even feasable it should be somewhere around 1,200 BCE when population of Bharata itself is more then 13 Million+ in that way this 1.5-2 million number is not that huge, which explains why from 1,200 BCE to 600 BCE this 600 years period had likely 0 growth in economy trade and agriculture because people were suffering from poverty hunger famines and consequences of wars gender imbalance etc. that's why only after 600 BCE we see an Urbanized society in Bharata

Nileshji, you are an amazing researcher, very intelligent person and very much focused person for which I and all your viewers respect you. Sattology practically came down to the level of सट्टा लोजी from the beginning in this episode with the opening note of unnecessary criticism of Mahatma Gandhi. Adityaji is an intelligent person driven by a certain biased approach in his channel. Even though he comes up with many good discussions, his bias approach is often seen, maybe it is his marketing strategy. But you should not have got into this. A person who died in 1948 before the implementation of our constitution cannot be responsible for Nehru dynasty. Lately there are many cooked up propaganda versions seen about Mahatma Gandhiji,. Kindly stick to your expertise which has made you larger than life. It's not your criticism but a request because I listen to what you say with full attention and try to understand and remember. This was a bit disturbing. I cannot request the same to Shri Adityaji because I have always felt that he has based the commercial part of Sattology on such issues only. 🙏

My comments are not intended to contribute to this discussion, merely on my methodology. If I am writing a paper and need to use the concept of a generation, it is up to me to say what period is meant by me. I might say 20 years, and please biology in its favour. No discussion will be permitted. If you do not like it, I cannot force you to read my paper. As for regnal years, I have to have full information. I might say that as far as the Tudor kings were concerned, there were x number of kings, and the average reign lasted y years. As for longevity, I might say that I read somewhere that at the beginning of the twentieth century in the most advanced country in the world - USA - the average life span was 40 years.
My point is that either it is a matter of definition or precise information or generalised statement - nothing more.

While I love you, Nilesh and love your discourse, I don't agree with your view that someone who seeks your opinion on some other claim is stupid. You are a pundit, so folks who are intigued with opposing claims seek your view. Asking them to form their own view and do tapasya is not wrong, but to call them stupid is not right. Not everyone is so learned, I humbly submit.

Even though you people are more intelligent, I've few suggestions
    1. Please don't use Sanskrit words in a English conversation if your intention is to make it for world audience.
    2. Even though if you want to use Sanskrit words in a English conversation please give English subtitles, auto captions of Google isn't working.
    3. If you want this knowledge to reach to commoners of North India, please make it in hindi or atleast give Hindi subtitles.
    4. Please don't use half of the video for Preparing the audience for the actual content it's hard to wait for 45 minutes in a 1.30hr video.

I'm leaving this video after waiting 1 hour to know something substantial about Ram and Krishna, seriously I'm very very disappointed that it's nothing more than a personal view of something and numbers and some calculation mathod with which a common man has nothing to do. No details of the hierarchy or authentic claims are shared.
No wonder how westerners ruled us and destroyed our wealth.
