Last time I checked the price of any home in Pickering, it started at $1,050,000… completely beyond any chance of ever owning a home

Hi Alex, Thanks so much for watching! Prices are definitely high in Pickering- really they’re high throughout the GTA. There are lower priced options in Pickering though. Right now the lowest price home is asking $799. If you go further east to Oshawa or Clarington there are lower priced options as well.
