'Tissint', a wonderful oasis on the outskirts of the desert, has abundant water and skilled people who are passionate about work.
In the past, 'Tissint', famous for its fruits and salt, was an important centre for the trade caravans.
But the decline of this trade and the decline in the activity of the spiritual centres in the region, as well as immigration and the 'Bayoud' disease, are all factors that led to the collapse of Tissint's economy.
'Tissint' people did not stop working and earning because of all this, but they quickly adopted a new activity that revived the economy of the oasis: the medicinal herbs trade.
Can 'Tissint' today keep pace with the progression to carve a place for itself in the society of tomorrow?
