A proper draught test is measured in pascals on a gauge meter through a single vent after correctly pre heating the chimney, this is just setting alight to paper
I heated my house solely by wood fire for 30 years. When we moved into the house, it only had electric heat and THAT was expensive. I built a fire in the open grate fireplace and had a ton of smoke billow into the house. That was not from blockage but from poor draft. I bought an efficient fireplace insert, with a chimney liner, and always had a great draft thereafter Natural gas was brought into our neighborhood, so I've had a furnace for 10 years and have not had a fire in the fireplace in that time. (I also did extensive renovations - added a floor, so extended the chimney) I wanted to see a video to learn how to best test the new chimney. This video didn't help

So, in this scenario, what would happen if your chimney was blocked?... You'd end up with a house full of smoke

This is not a draft test.
