Missed out on this one. Bought Jerry Maguire seperately, I love that movie. Just got volume 2, now that is an amazing release!! Thank you Sony, Anatomy of a Murder, Taxi Driver and Stripes are in a league of their own.

Yep, these Are not modern crappy films that have to be upscaled. These were filmed originally at much better quality than even real 4K can not produce, much better! So these Are actual upgrade to previous Blu-ray home releases!
These will have true 4k transfers as they already made two 4k transfers for 2 of the movies here, so since they are all shot on film they are going to be in true 4k and will look dam good.
Are these going to be released individually? I don't care for sports so I'm not particularly interested in A League of Their Own or Jerry Maguire, but the other films are must-haves for me!

You should, if you decide to upgrade to 4k you will be glad to have any in your collection. That's why a lot of 4k movies include the 4k disk and the blu ray disk, but heck this set includes both of them and the dvd! Which is pretty rare.
Doesn't really matter, you know these will be great. It's not like you could judge quality even based on a 4K CZcams video anyway, the disc will always be better.

At 2:20 why Mr. Smith Goes To Washington. Was not clean original nitrate negative in 4K. You can see the white dirt in one Frame in the film. Sony must restore the film again still disappointed.

They did point out that these 6 movies are debuting on 4K UHD, which wouldn’t have applied to “Ghostbusters” and “The Karate Kid” if they were included in this particular collection.
What makes people think they would do that now? Noone even knows if it can keep its release date. There are no theaters to screen a new tentpole trailer and no new movies to screen it with.

Also remember, if you're spamming CZcams for the trailer, you are not the target audience of the trailer. They released that teaser back then because it could screen before Black Panther which was already projected to be a huge moneymaker and thus bring a huge crowd to that see trailer on the big screen. Again, there are no movies or theaters to screen a trailer right now. Marketing is costly and especially right now when companies are losing money on all fronts it seems unlikely that they are going to waste that money for some CZcams clicks. Even if they are somehow confident that they will keep the October date (and that would have to be globally), they still have time. Jumanji was 5 months out, Venom would probably still be fine with even just 4.
