    I rely on Mixing Station for my Xair, X32 and M32 Mixers. I’ve been using them exclusively since 2019. I love how rock solid it is in terms of stability…I still have my laptop wired into the network just in case wifi doesn’t work.

      Nice! It is handy having one app that works with a whole bunch of consoles for sure!

      That’s the best part about Mixing Station Pro.
      You can jump between many different models and brands and apart from nuances, they all work the same in the app. The console is then just used for live mixing.

    The customisation is amazing using this app for in ears locking out so much so they can only control their level

      Most digital consoles have a dedicated monitor app MX-Q or there are good aftermarket ones like MXBus for the Midas and Behringer X series.
      For the simplicity.

    Allen and Heath recommend and endorse the Mixing Station App for Android devices themselves, doesn’t get much better than that for a 3rd party Application, and with it you can also have unlimited DCA‘s (called iDCA#s in mixing station)

      Thanks for the message, not sure why it got held up in moderation. All the best.

    I like it so much be cause no mather the console using no need to learn another way to use them. Only i couldn't find the Bluetooth configuration in MS

    What consoles have you used Mixing Station with already? Let me know what you think of it.

    • @PanRider939
      @PanRider939 Před měsícem

      XAir 12/18, X32, A&H SQ7, Mackie DL.
      And that's the point, even mentioning the console you are using in the tutorial confuses what Mixing Station is all about.

    Yo tengo la CQ20B la aplicacion esta bonito, pero lo que no encuentro es la compuerta de ruido, y el Feedback y seleccionar los efectos entre otras cosas más, como por ejemplo apagar la.mezcladora ya que la CQ20B ni tiene el biton para apagar solo se ouede hacer desde su propia App.

    Turn that tablet sideways (landscape mode). Nobody wants 12 foot tall faders. Lol.

    How is mixing station better than the official app from Allen & Heath - CQ MixPad?

    • @DcSoundOp
      @DcSoundOp  Před 5 měsíci +1

      It offers features that the factory app has not implemented yet, like being able to use DCAs. Check out my latest two minute video on how to set those up, it’s worth the cost of the app alone.

      Like being able to alter gain on the fly and all the down line fader adjustments follow suit, it’s called Re-gain.
      Customisable layout.
      I like that it’s very austere, they don’t waste any time on 3D rendering and graphics. Apart from the fader knob.

      You can’t carry the mixer around the room and up onto stage with you.
      E.g. It’s great having a 32channel console in your hand standing next to your artists and adjusting gain, it subtly teaches them what gain is and how it works. Or their monitor is another example.

      @@angelfranco5809 This is being demoed on an A&H CQ, like most CZcams demos it confuses the point mentioning the mixer at all, as all these things are generic.
      Mixing Station Pro is on whole other level when it comes to mixing live sound. It levels out the playing field between brands and models like you wouldn't believe.
      I'm used mixing on a X32 in a small room of 300. Found myself in a 2500 seat auditorium with 36000 watts of power and a SQ7 40 channel. I installed the SQ7 plugin and slotted into it with only a minimum of briefing from the guy that runs the system and he was amazed how good the mix was. Could not have achieved it without Mixing Station pro.
      Also it has re-gain which is priceless and allows you to adjust gain on the fly during a performance, and you don't need to worry about all the faders and effects attached to that channels gain, mixing station takes care of it, all your bus mixes and front of house follow the gain adjustment automatically.
