Good video, pretty standard way to sharpen an axe. Taking the strop to it is a good extra step most don't do. Get good results adding the extra step though. So its worth it.

Yea I hope they remain relevant too. I think I have come to like the CRKT tomahawks or the Condor ones a bit better but I like the CS ones too

Yes, it does, my axes actually have convex edges using this method
@The Last Huntsman cheers for that I am currently putting a convex edge on my. Trail hawk as the edge was non existent,

@The Last Huntsman most definitely, grinds are off on both sides but I am not concerned by that just to get a decent edge on it almost finished it to be honest ,but I think it was flat about 3mm thick
