The Lp40's really impressed me, but I recently found an Lp40 pro that has rubber ear tips, I think it might blow the competition.
I bought LP40 and the sound quality is so horrible, I can't use them at all.
They sound like a cheap pair of stereo speakers for the computer

Right the contrary hated the sound coming out of the lp40, the sound is not clear and muffled, personally i prefer the lp1

Its interesting how much they can deliver for so little money, but these feel like beta products, I got the lp40 for audiobooks where audio quality doesn't matter, it works ok for that, but the touch controls are very touchy and sometimes it turns off for no reason or doesn't pair. Also very slippery and fumbly to handle. Cheap options for half ears are so few now that everyone is copying those airpod pros. Hopefully version 2.0 will be better.

I have the LP1s, and agree with all your points. The ear seal alone gives it the edge, I can use it on a noisy bus or park and have full rich encapsulated audio. Not bad for SGD20. The other pros are the batt lights, which work better as a meter, and its form factor which allows it to fit Airpods Pro soft cases. A winner all around!

@@kwabaegi2215 any Air Pod Pro case fits. there is a slight gap at the sides as the LP1s are not fully rounded, but this actually makes it easier to put on and remove, while still gripping tight.

LP1s sounds more round (warm) and articulate than trebly and airy. Gives that singing voice. No thumping bass but very articulate. Love it.
Yeah, I like that one the best. LP1 is also nicely balanced but is better suited for smaller ears IMO!

Lenovo LP40 Based on my Experience is good quality sound produce stereo sound it and loud feel in my ear the design is good for inserting my pocket the battery life is Long not easily to drain i enjoy used it.

Unless you're in a hurry, you might want to wait a little... I have a new lenovo review coming up, and some of the earbuds I review seems to be better than the LP1S.
@@EojinsReviews Hi, thank you for your response. In the end, I bought the LP40 instead. I had 2nd thoughts right after I added LP1S in the cart coz I wanted a longer batt life which annoyed me with my previous TWS. what I liked about LP1S is the design and the plastic buds on it, but I hated that it has less batt life compared to LP40. I also like the magnet mechanism of the case with my older TWS which also opted me to change from LP1S to LP40.

Fantastic video thank you! I have a question, I have the XT90 and the LP40. I prefer the fit of the XT90 but find them so tinny and high pitched. The LP40 sound great but fall out of my ears. Could you recommend some lenovos with the XT90 fit and the sound of the LP40 please? Thank you!
Hmmm, the LP40 sound great? (Perhaps you have the upgraded LP40?)
I don't know exactly, but I did make another video reviewing 3 more Lenovo earbuds and comparing them with the 4 earbuds you see here.
The winner (and my personal choice) was the XG01, but the head is a bit small (it still fits well), and the HT06 had a big head but slightly worse audio (still better than the LP40 I think). You might want to check that video out! :)
@@EojinsReviews I've only had the LP40's for a couple of weeks so maybe they're the updated ones. I don't really listen to music through them, I mainly use them for podcasts and the radio. And for watching youtube reviews of course! Thank you so much for the recommendations, I'll have a look - small is fine, by the way, the LP40's ping out of my small ears!
@@BeaEss yep, the LP40 had some trouble fitting in my ears as well. The XG01 should fit well in basically any ear type, but do take a look at the video if you want to know more. Best of luck!

How do I know that the LP40 have been charged because when I put them in the charging case it shows me a green color fixed at the time of charging
I just have worry, is the lp40 same size as the airpods gen 1-2? It's because I bought a lenovo earphones before and its too big for my ears to the point that they hurt. So I'm worried if I try these out, they'll be too big too. :((

For sound section.
I prefer the LP1S over the LP1, because it fits my ears better. If you have small ears perhaps you would like the smaller LP1.

You should review the LP40 Pro aka LP40S. I have that and I'm impressed by it so far. Definitely better in form and function than the LP40.

@@ananthnm3014 Noise isolation is decent. Not exactly ANC but its fine.
Connection stability, I've been using it for a couple of days now, connection is pretty stable. No issues so far.
Mic quality is good. I did a test and my voice sounded very clear.
Audio is ok. For the price, I can't complain much about the audio. Its clear and it does its job well.
Battery life for the earphone is very good too. Over 5 hours of usage, barely 50% of battery is used. Impressed so far.

hello Eojin! I bought the Lenovo lp1s ant till now it's been a great purchase for the price. Now, I always used the classic apple earpods (with the lightning cable). As you said the lp1s sound has really deep bass (in my opinion), which it's not bad maybe it's just I am not used to it.
Would you recommend the lp1 to have a sound similar to the apple earpods?

If you are looking for a cheap Lenovo earbud, I recommend the XG01! It has the best audio quality out of the ones I have tested so far ;)
If you don't like the "deep" kind of sounds, the HT06 has very nice sound quality too. (It can be a little "sharp" but it's fine.)
