I always get hungry watching your videos! Amazing stuff once again!
slaWterCH Agree! I'll be eating hamburger tonight.
Great video Jamie once again mate
slaWterCH 😂😂😂 i thought i was the only one getting hungry
No joke!! He’s one person I would NOT ever have an argument on where to eat. If only it where that way with my girlfriend!
As-tu une belle quique Pierre Billon ?????
A man who likes to eat, ride and laugh. Keep doing what you're doing.
and smell gas
The food, the laugh and the rumble of the Africa twin! Epic
I had kind of wondered how Jamie ended up living in the US. It's become very obvious. Burgers. He's here mainly for the burgers.
There isn't a journalist/youtuber/biker with a more positive attitude than you, Jamie. Great video as usual, these are so inspiring.
Thanks buddy! :)
Its not a episode of MotoGeo without Jamie stuffing his face with food. LOL!
I'm so inspired. I'm going to get on my bike and ride. thank you for what you do my friend
Gasoline: The Documentary
"How Not to Pour Gasoline in Your Bike: The Documentary"
Brilliant 🤣🤣🤣
I was admiring your quick edit style. So even though others are complaining I did enjoy it and its a LONG way and lots of pictures to cram in so I get it.
All of my favourite things. Motorcycles, food, and mountain biking! Well done sir, well done.
Thanks bud :)
Now, you need to plan that trip to Atlantic Canada!!
You're so happy it's infectious!
Great video!
It's funny, I have made a playlist of nothing but MotoGeo Stuff, especially the road trips. Jamie, you are by far one of the most likable and fun presenters I've seen. You always find a positive in anything.
Enjoy making them, and experiencing fun new things in motorcycling.
Jamie, great cinematography! Great angles and editing. Love to watch movies like this that show the great country of the US and our neighbors to the north. There are many attempts on YT of MC trips which are entertaining but your videos are a steps above the masses.
Thanks buddy! We keep trying :) Ride free
Dude seems so happy! His enthusiasm is contagious. Adventure bikes aren't my first pick but this guy having all this fun makes me want one.
The ride from Washington into BC and on through to Alaska is absolutely amazing. Every motorcyclist who finds themselves on North America's west coast should consider doing it; definitely doesn't disappoint.
I really enjoy your videos. Thanks for taking the time to make them so professional.
Great trip! Thanks for sharing.
Greetings from Germany.
Please slow the edits down. Amazing video, let us take it in more
Agreed. This video could have easily been three times as long, or even a full series.
dbtrackz33 the edits are dizzyingly fast
i blinked and it was over. what did i miss?
I HAD TO REWIND IT AND PAUSE IT TO ENJOY MORE THEN 30 TIMES
Yep. For about 20 times I hit back 5s and paused to see what was going on. This would look better with less but slower scenes. I don't mind the burgers having one frame flickers in between glaciers and mountains.
Greatest videos on the planet. Thanks Jamie!
Amazing adventure! Thanks for sharing with us!
You have a dream job. Riding motorcycles and eating good food! The video was awesome I'm glad you had a safe trip.
Good food ? seriously ? I hope his body will forgive him later
Surprise toy City it’s called LIVING!!! This is a pleasure trip, not a weight watchers meeting. lol
Wonderful video. Really enjoyed this. The Africa Twin might just be the bike for me.
Hard for me to believe Honda would make a invention bike with tube type tires???
Love your videos Jamie! This time you were riding through my back yard. Looks like another amazing adventure. All the best and keep them coming.
Once again, a great video, love it. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work.
this has been my dream trip for over 20 yrs, it's getting closer to happening, I don't know if I can handle the anxiety of running out of gas.
Would love to know how large fuel tank is on African
Did the same trip on a 2017african twin. I never had any gas issues.
@@jimwortham8634 On a basic AT you have like 18.8 if i remember good and on AT adventure sports (not sure we call it that way in EN), this is 24.8 ! You can do like 500 kilometers (don't know in miles). Ofc it depends on which mods you are to drive and how you drive. But you can do 450 easy with it.
I've often been curious about what it's like riding into Alaska from Seattle. I just didn't realize the distance. Thanks for sharing the experience. Looks like you know your way around food as well as motorcycles. :)
Another great video. Blend of bike action, food and general local snapshots is just the right mix. Keep up the great work
What a positive rider! I can't get enough of you videos! you're more than welcome to come visit the beautiful Quebec
Just stumbled across this channel. Great video! Subbed!
Thanks buddy, please share with your friends! :) Ride free
All of Jamie’s adventures include so much food! LOL. These are a little bit like Parts Unknown plus bikes
Amazing trip! I envy you! I'm wishing I will be able to buy my first motorbike in the next few weeks. I love it that you have listed all the gear you used in your adventure. It's very useful to people like me, new to this amazing world. Thanks!
Really amazing journey! Keep up the good work! We here at VikingBags really appreciate your work!
Loved it! Longer version please :)
BTW, I've never run out of fuel and I've done more than 300km / tank :)
Was you stoned the whole time you were there or what? haha
Haha haha hahaha smelling gas all the time you know ;))))))
Love your enthusiasm! I'm heading there this August thanks for the fantastic video!!
Greatest videos on the you tube. Thanks Jamie!
Γεια σου Κωστακη !
Hi. I am a great Motogeo fan. Just a small thing I picked up; the scenes changes very quick. I can understand that you want to pack lots of info into a limited amount of time for this video but it makes everything feel very rushed. I am sure you had a great time on this trip and were taking it easy but the way the video is edited does not bring over this relaxed feeling.
Cheers
dream rides these mate!
This is a great video. Thanks for making it and sharing. :)
I took the same trip in June 2018. Took 3 weeks, 6000 miles and the best time ever. Rode a BMW r1200 RT, at 65 years old and slept in a tent almost every night. Will do it again in 2020
"HA HA HA"
Hi Jamie, Your trip videos are always the best. Love the enthusiasm and excitement.
How do you plan out where to stop, specifically for food. It seems impossible that you just randomly stop at all these awesome looking restaurants, and obviously you must plan in advance to a certain degree. Are you just going on experience, local suggestions, or yelp?
A little bit of everything, there is only so much you can plan, the rest just falls into place. If I'm riding past a place that looks good, I stop regardless of the plan! :)
Just google it up x)
i love how this was edited together. subscribed
Cracking slice of the action, a real insight into life on the road, ride, eat, petrol, sleep repeat 😊
What's not to like about this video? 39 dislikes? I don't get it. Great stuff as always Jamie and crew
False laughs
Fast cuts
Zero info about the bike
Zero info about the mods
Limited info about the countries
No statistics
No end review of the bike.
Just a bloke on an adventure along with all the other bods on the road!
Fa Fa PH Phoney ass video!!
Du Du Dumb ass - I went up to Alaska in 05 (12GS) and never ran out of gas once. No - not once.
Danim24 You can find thousands of videos on Africa Twin, I think he just wanted to do something more fun. He could have made a more detailed, with less rapid shots, but maybe nobody would have liked to see a one and a half hour video 😉
Probably from the 39 Canadians from Stewart BC with a computer who disliked Jamie giving the "Thumbs up to America" with the Salmon Glacier in the background - which is firmly planted in BC. Seriously though, I can't believe that there are actually 39 people with computers in Stewart... I mean really.
Jealousy I guess? :P
What a Hahahah nice hahha video hahaha
I hahaed to this comment hahaha
hahaha, thumbs up, hahaha :-)
Video would only be 10 minutes long without all the fake laughs
Aggravating as fuck....thx for seconding my disgust.
You've yeed your last haw brother
Top video again lad. Breathtaking scenery up there!
That looked like an amazing adventure. Cheers!
Did you use the stock seat? How was it? Me and 3 buddies took out supermotos,(i was on a KTM 690 SMC) up thr PCH from LA to San Fransico and back, 1100 miles. My butt was raw every day! I even got a gel pad in san fran but and it helped some but on the way back down riding 400 miles in 1 day my butt was still killing me. I had a ton of fun and Going from Sport bike to supermoto the idea of a more comfy bike and longer trips really peaks my interest.
Jamie, any feedback on the bike? I love how the Africa Twin looks on paper, but after 2,000 miles it must have had some shortcomings? Did you ever wish for a bigger (and more expensive and heavier) BMW or KTM?
1000cc's ain't nothing to sneeze at. Not to mention that this type of long adventure is what the bike was made for.
Thats my biggest criticism with these fluff videos, no substance. A giant ADV company outfits a capable off-road ADV bike over 800cc's and we learn little about the bike's capabilities or the additional gear.
@Rata 4U Then why even mention tour tech or the AT or feature them, or have it as click bait in the title?
Great video. Beautiful scenes!!
Thats one happy man! Nice trip. Nice bike. Nice food!
He likes to laugh a lot :D
Ha Ha Ha !
nice video.. i just subscribed.. do you have someone with you filming you riding or do you actually stop and setup the camera, and do drive bys. thanks.
When I first started MotoGeo I did it all solo, now I travel with a cameraman so that we can shoot in a better way and more effectively. Cheers, JR
what does geo stand for ?
sdq sdq probably for something like worldwide ^^ maybe Jamie responds ..
sdq sdq moto world(geo) maybe.
What a great video! Thanks for sharing it. Makes me want to go ride now.
Amazing video and trip. The scenarios are beautiful and it just keep me dreaming to ride worldwide on a motorbike. Keep it up mate. Cheers
Great video and trip! I'm planning my first big solo motorcycle trip for 2018. I live in Ohio in the middle of the US. Should I go south into Mexico and beyond and or north through Canada to Alaska? Suggestions?
I would love to tour Mexico, but is it safe?
Blackrainbow absolutely NOT!!
That's a shame.
if you want to go then go man. as long as you stay away from the western coast areas and dont flash money around like a moron that thinks they re in italy
look at bonzai becky , those two girls have been all over south america with no issues
I reckon this is your best trip yet but, I've got to ask, how the chuff do you stay so skinny when you eat so many bloody burgers? ;)
Ride a lot and burn it off! :)
Really like your videos they always makes me want to ride my motorbike and never turn back.
Awesome video, as always! Thanx for sharing!
So many Burgers, You should check your fat in blood 😂
Hard riding, cold temps you can eat anything!
Yap, eat big, ride hard, no need for a gym membership :) haha
lmao you just keep sticking motogeo everywhere.
fuck you batman you is Bruce wheiner I´m Dougras you dont is the Dougras
Love all your videos thanks for sharing 😊
...fantastic, fun footage -thanks for sharing!
With more BMW F 800 GSA will go for one refueling! BMW better choice in this field! Anyway, enjoy your meal! :)
Meh. Wait until you need to fix your GS. They cost a bloody fortune. Did 90,000km on my 800 - it got expensive.
Quit watching after 4 minutes because saw no commentary of the Honda Africa Twin. More interested in the bike's performance than the food and local events.
Hey Chris, my adventures are just that, my reviews can be found in the Review Playlist, the AT review is here: czcams.com/video/VPjcGaSw1f8/video.html
Thanks, appreciate the feedback.
Thanks for this link in the comments. Mentioning this at the video's beginning might have decreased the thumbs down ratio. Luckily for me I watched the video all the way through this time and participated in the comments.I removed my thumbs down and I'm giving you a thumbs up and subscribing.
You've got plenty of reviews for that. But like... I guess the fact that the bike's reliable for such a big trip proves on it's own to be a good fit. Why don't you go to a local store and try it out? xD
Then what you want is a REVIEW. I’m sure you already knew that though. I think the videos are just what I want to see! Reviews are a dime a dozen, and are useless to me as I make my own opinions on bikes/anything I buy.
Africa Twin CRF1000 rocks. Love the video, keep them coming
Friggin' Awesome Mate!!
Great video. What a gorgeous route.
Good on ya' mate! What a trip!!
ci fai sempre sognare con i tuoi video... bravissimo. grazie!!!
You eat well !!! Keep rolling !!! Safe travels !!!
I ride a Honda pcx 125cc about 100 miles a day. Even that is so much fun sometimes. If i could afford it i would do exactly what you do. Your spirit and excitement made me smile throughout the video. Shinny side up!
Awesome!!! Thanks for sharing!!
This is my favorite video!! Absolutely love it! I would never say that you travel with your cameraman as a passenger, incredible! You are great !
Ha, yes sometimes I travel with a cameraman on the back, it all depends on the adventure and the cameraman/bike availability
This is so awesome!!! It's on the bucket list brother!
Love your videos!!! I'm always so friggin hungry after I watch them though!! Great stuff!!
Stoked to find Jamie on this channel! I had lost track of him after he left On Two Wheels. Great video it makes me want to go on a road trip. Sub'd.
Another awesome video Jamie keep it up.
after watching the three videos from jamie, i am totally a fan of MotoGeo!!! WOW.... What an experience.
So entertaining! You embody the spirit of adventure!! Wonderful.
Motorcycles, food, and gas oh my. Sweet vid!

Great video ! Great trip !!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video of your Alaska trip....how can I not want to go now😁
Hey J, I watch your videos all the time. You do it right! Please keep it up. Hope to see ya on the road one day!
Awesome work Jamie! I've got a similar trip planned from the east coast through Alaska in a few years. We did Newfoundland this past June which was excellent. If you get a chance to head that way the Fish and Chips are amazing!
HIGH QUALITY FILM.HD VIEW. VERY FUNNY AND CLEAVER. THE BEST BIKER FILM EVER. ENJOY IT. BRAVO MY FRIEND.
As a non-native English speaker you did a good job narrating this video.
Had no idea it was that far to Anchorage. Great video. It's good to see and year from the people you meet on your travels
