Considering the amount of traffic the river gets, it can be safely assumed that there are not flesh eating amoebas in the salt river. @@650gringo actually, the case in 2016 was from the Colorado river. That is the information I found from googling “are there flesh eating amoebas in the salt river”. Look, if you have proof I am actually interested in learning, and will owe you an apology. If not, you are just scaring people for no reason.

Something is different at the river...I have been going there for like 40 years. Well not the last 5 years and nothing is recognizable things that did not change in 35 years are gone and changed just look at Phon D Sutton and where the Verde merges seriously changed
