Always loved the Harbour Master's greetings. It seemed very genuine. It wasn't a stretch for Denny Doherty in this role as an actor. Miss him. Great guy.

A lot of the music sounded suspenseful and sad, during the scenes where the Queen Stephanie gets stuck, and where the tugs discussed what to do.

Ive never seen this ep and this one is good =) I used to watch this before I went to school and I recorded alot of the epsiodes =)

This feels like if Theodore and Tugs got combined for this episode.
It's amazing how different this series is from TUGS, but I'm guessing some of the technical behind-the-scenes work for this series was borrowed from that show.
It's probably because Tugs was a more action/suspense driven show, with the antagonists being a devious rival tugboat fleet, and the O'Donnel/Campbell music.

This episode is a very good example on problem solving. Whenever something seems impossible to you, try and work something around it.
Favourite season one episode. I love all the episodes but if I had to pick one episode as my favourite for every season this what I would choose

Season 4: Theodore's Ocean Adventure

(HER HORN IS ACTUALLY USED IN THE SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS EPISODE: SAILOR MOUTH, WHERE MR KRABS USED ALL 13 BAD WORDS AFTER HURTING HIS FOOT, they did use many oceanic sound effects to block out the curse words)
At this specific part:
Mr Krabs: “...AND A HEAPIN HELPIN OF (ship’s bell) AND A BOATLOAD OF (Queen Stephanie’s horn) (seal barks) (seagull screeches) GRABBIN (Spongebob’s foghorn alarm clock sound) 😭...”

The Queen Stephanie’s horn was used in every single TV show and movie in history. The horn belonged to the MV Georgic. It was the last ship built for the White Star Line before its merger with the Cunard Line. Built at Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast, she was the running mate of MV Britannic. Like Britannic, Georgic was a motorship, and not a steamer, fitted with a diesel powerplant. At the time of her launch in 1931, she was the largest British motorship.

I also wondered what happened to the people on board Queen Stephanie. Her lifeboats weren't deployed.
The horn used on Queen Stephanie was also heard in Thomas And Freinds, SpogneBob, and many other places! I bet you can find it on CZcams!
On the Theodore Tugboat wikia, I looked at the images of the possible basises for Theodore and George, did some research about those two real tugs, and they are basically the same size and both generate 1600 to 1900 horespower. So basically, Theodre and George are the same size!
