  • I’m joined by Georgia Page of the Melbourne Rebels in beautiful Melbourne, Australia. In this field session, we’re going to show you vital drills and skills to become a Ball Player.
All passes are different, long, short, fast, powerful, floating, over defenders, and in contact. Often, I see players do the same rigid passing drills and become stiff robots unable to play with flow, style and finesse.

I bought the Passing Program module this morning and have just spent 90 minutes with my 12 year old on this video. Really considerable improvement already, particularly off his weaker hand.
Joining it all up to get the accuracy of passing on the move isn’t there yet but it’ll definitely come.
This is brilliant for one on one training with your kids while the clubs are all on lockdown.

I always try to point hands to target but I find with longer cut-out passes I can't and just get loads of spin on purpose instead, thoughts?

Why do you need loads of spin?

I just can’t get my non-dominant hand where it needs to be. How can I improve it? It isn’t terrible but it’s no where my right hand is.
