    My right leg is starting to lean inwards like my knees are on top of each other is ther any exercise for that I don’t want it to keep leaning to the left because at some point I won’t be able to walk scary

    • @philfarina3470
      @philfarina3470 Před 5 lety

      Would you describe your knees as trying to kiss? If so, try trying a theraband or resistance band around your thighs while sitting and work on pushing your legs out against the band. Similar to the ball squeeze exercise but you want to focus on pushing out.

    • @donnaberrios7571
      @donnaberrios7571 Před 5 lety +1

      Phil Farina ok that makes sense the right one seems to be leaning on the left making my knees touch therefore it’s hard to walk I sit all day at work so I will bring my band and do them during the day thanks so you think weight has anything to do with that I am about 30 pounds iverweight

    • @philfarina3470
      @philfarina3470 Před 5 lety +1

      Donna Berrios I think being overweight doesn’t help anyone. But I think your adductor muscles are week, especially on the one side, and working on pushing your thighs out will help

      @@donnaberrios7571 - Thanks but this is not my channel. I do have MS and am a member of the MS GYM. What Trevor is doing is amazing. I would suggest signing up for the free exercises guides and that will get you on an email let for the MS GYM. You could also join the free MS GYM facebook group which allows you to search for different exercise videos. You can also join the MS GYM through a membership and get extremely detailed videos for just about anything you can imagine as well as getting a personal movement prescription from Trevor and team. You also get access to a members only corner where you can interact with other MS'ers about exercise, diet, mindset and anything you can think of..it's a fantastic support group.
