- Do you have sympathy with protesters who blocked a bus from carrying migrants to the Bibby Stockholm barge?
Activists surrounded a coach after it parked up at a hotel in London yesterday morning, with reports that it was being used to transfer asylum seekers from a hotel to take them to the Bibby Stockholm barge in Dorset.
The Home Office says protesters became 'intimidatory and aggressive' and over 40 of them were arrested by police at the site of the protest.
Home Sec James Cleverly has criticised the activists saying "housing migrants in hotels costs the British taxpayer millions of pounds every day".
So is it wrong for people to get involved and stop these buses from pulling away?

sweden went from the lowest violent crime in europe (2014), to the second highest violent crime rate in europe (2024). in 2015 they took in 600k refugees. the refugees make up 89% of all the people in jail for violent crime. 49% of them are unemployed. i cant recall the exact number, but theyve had more than 140 explosions since last October. they now have the second highest explosions in a country that isnt at war, after mexico. make of that what you want.

Re the point about mental health being a priority for migrants but not for people already living here, same applies where I work. We are constantly being asked to consider the mental health of the students but the powers that be don't seem to give a rats about our (workers) mental health
