ABOUT BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" follows the exploits of hilarious Det. Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and his stoically ever-professional captain, Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher), along with their diverse, lovable colleagues as they police the NYPD's 99th Precinct. In this final season of the series, Jake and the squad must try to balance their personal lives and their professional lives over the course of a very difficult year.
Rounding out the ensemble is Sgt. Amy Santiago (Melissa Fumera), who has a passion for organization and a weakness for dork dancing; Lt. Terry Jeffords (Terry Crews), a mountain of a man whose most powerful muscle is his sweetheart; Jake's best friend and human puppy dog, Det. Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio); and the incredibly secretive, tough-as-nails Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz). Also part of the Nine-Nine are veteran officers Det. Scully (Joel McKinnon Miller) and Det. Hitchcock (Dirk Blocker), whose only skill as police officers is their ability to make a passable pot of coffee.
Created by Emmy Award-winning writer/producers Dan Goor and Michael Schur, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" won the 2014 Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical and Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series - Comedy or Musical (Samberg). Emmy winner Braugher earned four Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Capt. Holt.

And the award for the best 99 dad of the year goes to... let us know in the comments below👇
Captain Dad, obviously
the real answer is: all of them (except jake's dad... and his dad)
Terry of course 😎
Captain Dad Terry or Charles
terry and charles tie
Terry naming his kids Cagney and Lacey is the most Terry thing ever
Why? What's up with their names?
@@ambience273 its a show about two female cops
Thank you for this. I was wondering the same thing lol @@manolito173
Presumably Sharon wouldn't let him call them mango and yoghurt.
@@cruachan1191Terry does love Yoghurt
Oh yes, your emotionally unstable coworker breaking into your house and hiding in your kid’s closet is totally relatable.
Not that part the monster part
Wait, you guys haven't had that happen to you?
Wait. Do... do yours not do that? Okay. Brb. Need to make a quick call to HR.
@@MegaKnight2012 Not yet anyway
Remember Terrry said he would die saving the President or he wasn't going to die- the President's he was referring to were his daughters 💖
I knew it! He wants a Jeffords dynasty in the White House!
One's the president and the other a VP. The ultimate power ballot.
“somebody at the door” is still one of the cutest Cagney & Lacey moments !
I wonder if that was scripted
Or dubbed by someone else
Love the different kinds of parent relationships in this series.
Terry, manly man who loves his biological kids despite his abusive father.
Boyle, his adopted kid, treats him as his flesh and blood whilst remaining aware of adoption.
Holt, the surrogate father figure.
Roger and Jake, who eventually broke their cycle of bad parenting.
Rosa's parents, traditional who eventually have to come to terms about how different their daughter is from them.
Amy, the only girl in the family who had to fight for parental approval.
Masterpieces.
"Nikolaj is having such a rich childhood" is one of my favorite quick gags in the series. That poor, probably traumatized kid XD.
*Nikolaj
Half of them are from Pimento😂😂😂
To be fair... the kid was probably already traumatized before he was even adopted
As a twin, my dad can definitely relate to the "wanting to switch them without telling everyone hehe"
Oh boy... If I ever have twins I will have to fight myself not to do that!
Boyle's stern "I love you" to Nikolaj as a reprimand is the parenting I expected from him.
Love how Captain Holt doesn’t dumb his vernacular down for the child 13:22 but talks to him as if any other person regardless of him being an “non-adult”
1:41 I like the way Rosa said to Terry that he is the best dad she knows😊.
terry was an amazing parent
“And you don’t have to be if that’s who you are! That’s a totally different conversation…”
I just love that line! ❤
@@Logitah They are girls though
@@djamtz I don't care.
@@Logitah of course you would you weirdo groomer
I love how most of these are just Terry 😂
i love your username lmaoo
I have zero intention of having kids but hearing that little “somebody at the door!” Had me seriously debating changing my mind for a sec.
interesting how it doesnt matter what job you have, when you have to babysit your kids bc of an illness, a doctor‘s visit, or a school half day, suddenly you need to stare at your child drawing, watching tv, and going to the bathroom. 😂
Or playing video games
The only thing missing is Amy struggling to put Mac to sleep. That's iconic to every parenting life ever.
Boyle being stuck between wanting to savour the moment and fetching the camera is painfully relatable. 😂
Nikolaj using the "I love you" after greeting Jake and Gintash is the true Boyle family trait.
The fact that the editor just skip the part of boyle comparing terry to ellen degeneres made it even funnier.
Terry saying he can recited “Moana” from memory I’m sure is something my dad can relate to, except it would be “The Little Mermaid” or “Pokémon” in my case.😅
When Moana first came out, my granddaughter was around 4 or 5 years old. She mentioned how much she loved it and would sing songs from it over the phone. I knew she was coming to stay for the weekend on a Friday, so the Sunday before, I got the Moana Soundtrack and learned every song by Friday. When we got in the car, I put it on and *she was so happy that I knew all the words!* The things we do for our kids/grandkids are limitless. 🤗
"Moo Moo" was an absolutely amazing episode.
Like to imagine that Terry dies protecting his president daughters, or doesn't die at all
"Niko.......I love you😐"
"I'm sorry Poppa"
What??😂😂😂
Yeah, my parents always tell me about that time a psychologically unstable, ex covert-agent with severe head trauma (and probably high af) was hiding inside my closet.
same here! crazy how relatable that is, huh
“Every parent can relate to”
Pimento in Nikolaj’s closet:
5:04
I forgot that line, based Jake FTW
"They have adorable chubby cheeks"🤣👮♂
Nikolaj has been through some real stuff that should mean he would sleep through just about anything. If a kid with THAT back story woke me up telling me there's something in his closet, I'm calling in the national guard hahahahaha
Well no... A traumatized kid is usually super frightfull and rightfully so since he never was able to develop a sense of security
@lehbr7330 in the real world, yes. But, ya know, a comedy.
@@R.J._Lewis yeah true
Ray: My father
Me: Jake’s grandfather and Mac ‘s great grandfather
0:30 no wonder Terry can't stop talking about them They have a superpower to melt hearts.❤
10:53 well at least it wasn’t a trophy that’s melted
Moana is a good movie though! Can’t believe Terry didn’t like Moana. It had Dwayne Johnson!
I think it has less to do with not liking it and more that he feels that a man his age should know something more mature by heart over a fun family movie
Watching this amidst baby fever has me weeping
Imagining Cagney and Lacey as mini president Camachos 😂😂😂
HAHAHA!
Non-adult! 🤣🤣🤣
the last one made me cry a little
Hey man, those are my kids, BACK OFF!
Amen Sarge
5:38 Well that was massively unexpected
I kind of hope none of the scenes involving Charles and Nikolaj are never relatable to parents 😂
Where is Charles crying at the gender review of Jake's baby , it was funny but always touching that he was all in about his son and that maybe Niko could play with Mack
ahhhh. i loved this series whished it continued
I can imagine Dwight schrute being in this
We deserved a whole episode with Jake and Nikolaj
not even a aprent, dont want to be one but I am sat
i love this channel ehat
TERRY LOVES YOGHURT
Charles kid kinda reminds of that kid with the glasses from the last minzy
5:35 😂
Wait, so every parent can relate to finding a traumatized deep cover field officer off his meds inside their kids closet? 🤔
I'll always hate that cwazy cupcakes movie b plot for ruining what could have been a perfect Wuntch Holt send off
9:18 is actually NOT RELATABLE N IF U CAN RELATE TO THIS CALL THE POLICE
I really wish that Charles and Rosa had a kid together. That would be very entertaining.
3rd
1'st view lol
I'm the first viewer wtf
Someone should really call child services to rescue Nikolaj from Boyle!!!
Yeah I wouldn't trust him around a kid at all
@@The_Republic_of_Ireland I would put Boyle in Supermax just to be safe!!!
@@ChaoticCobra true fact
No such as Racism, if you keep talking about it then it will never go away
What a stupid thing to say
