Gouws links calls between Kelly Khumalo and accused No.5

- Data analyst Gideon Gouws has linked the cellphone number from a call
to Kelly Khumalo to accused number 5, Fisokuhle Ntuli.
The number was previously disputed, with the defence arguing that it
wasn't RICA'd in Ntuli's name.
But Gouws says Ntuli opened accounts using this number, pointing to
the fact that it belonged to him.
He has been testifying about cellphone data that links all the accused
to each other and Kelly Khumalo.

Does this cellphone linkage between accused number 5 and Kelly Khumalo tell what were they talking about if not how does it assist in establishing who murdered Senzo Meyiwa...taking into account that there's DNA test results evidence before the court that says all the accused were not at the crime scene on the 26 October 2014 the day Senzo Meyiwa was murdered...even if the results are saying " inconclusive " that even renders a doubt whether they were there or not and when there's a doubt the accused enjoy the benefit of the doubt...up to now there's no evidence directly linking all the accused to the killing of Senzo...and all the cellphone linkage evidence led today by the state does not link any of the accused to the murdering of Senzo...
😂 No DNA evidence, Kelly's family cleaned the house it's well reported. Linking Kelly to some of the accused is a part of the puzzle especially with testimonies and evidence that will be presented in the case.

That’s not what inconclusive means. It’s possible to be in a space and not leave usable DNA evidence. If for 1 minute you can just imagine that maybe the accused did it, the state would have to gather evidence that accused 5 in a country of 65million has connections to the victims family while also having a connection to someone who confessed and implicated accused 5 with the crime. Also, if they can have evidence that’s not police statements, because the defence is that the police are covering up, but is independent of the police then it strengthens the states case. So that’s the puzzle that the state is linking. Of course if you believe it’s a huge cover up, then anything the state does won’t be trusted and will be annoying.
