I see so many sets of TV shows at garage, estate, and thrift store sales. 99% of the time I already have it or its something I dont watch.

There are some musical replacements, but as I was unfamiliar w/that NBC series originally, I didn't know specifically what songs were used in the NBC broadcasts. This is also one of the last series that NBC had under the 11-feathered peacock and Proud N of old (that logo lasted from 1979-86), before NBC changed to the simpler 6-feathered bird we know today.

@@BasementBlus Me too, it's frustrating that those in charge of the rights can't see that there is a need to have Knots Landing completed, they released all of Dallas so why not its spin of as some crossover episodes between both shows would be great to have like Val being asked for her autograph by JR at her book signing in Dallas as Larry Hagman made a couple of appearances along with Patrick Duffy until that infamous Bobby in the shower where the shows stopped crossing over as Gary had gone home to Dallas for Bobby funeral? Shame people have no new ideas anymore and have to reboot 80s classics that you can't recreate the magic of the actors that created those characters, if they want to bring shows back do it with original cast, Dallas did it right by having Larry, Linda and Patrick along with grown up versions of their kids unlike the travesty of the recent Dynasty where no original actors were asked back and they do a carbon copy of the classic show and am sorry but there is only one Alexis Colby and that is Dame Joan Collins, Tom Selleck as Magnum PI. Had Larry Hagman still been alive I think the show would've continued but since he passed maybe they thought the glue had gone and people tuned in specifically to see what chaos JR would wreak on his enemies but least he got to play his favorite character one last time.
