17:44 Lloyd reincarnated!
Awesomely wacky episode! Felt so nice seeing the Cinema Snob return to his late 2000s roots!
Spoony gave us Reb Brown... The Cinema Snob gave us Pierre Kirby!
Is Spoony still around?
Oh no! I just now realized Lloyd had died. 😿
The return of Kung Tai Ted
@@ajclements4627 Doing LPs with Curtis, moved back in with brother, new pupper. One would hope he'll eventually do videos again, but a lot better.
I am probably very late, but my condolences for Loyd.
Now this is the Snob I miss! I still miss you when you had hair, but it's great to see your love of Pierre Kirby and your snarkiness of Godfrey Ho's work once again!
Indeedo!
I missed Pierre Kirby, and I guess I'll miss him even more now that all his known movies have been reviewed...
I think Brad's right: there's probably some more out there that we don't know about (yet).
So amazing right?
I fondly remember discovering Cinema Snob in the early days and catching up watching all the previous episodes.
I'm having a bad day today, but thank Brad he made it better for me!
That's good to hear!
Trust me I’ve had plenty of days brightened by Brad, he’s really good at doing… whatever it is that helps so much.
Whenever I'm feeling down, I beat the crap out of the neighbour's annoying kid.
I feel much better afterwards 🌝
Lloyd is sorely missed. That was such a sweet surprise hearing his voice again
Ah, those "Space Thunder Kids" voice actors, I missed them so much.
Darn, I was looking forward to the Pierre Kirby Week opening again.
Respect to Lloyd.
"This movie can't afford a lab!" 😅😅 perfect
Wow, Pierre Kirby actually predates my introduction to Stoned Gremlin... I mean you made sure that there were enough references that I just naturally associate "The Cinema Snob" with Pierre Kirby... or Salo... or Cannibal Ferox. One could argue that they're all the same thing... in our hearts.
Good to know Loyd's spirit lives on through movie cats ❤
Also, absolutely hilarious review XD
Awesome to see the final Pierre review after what felt like a century. Makes me want to see Brad do a cut-and-paste movie out of footage from his unfinished Shot On Shitteo movie lol
Pierre, looking down from heaven, giving a thumbs up and punching a devil trying to sneak past the pearly gates while saying another Clint Eastwood line, then cutting to inserted footage from...idk, What Dreams May Come.
@@KyleRobots are we certain Pierre is deceased? A kungfu legend such as him shall never die.
Lloyd's spirit lives on! Complaining forever, like any immortal cat would.
911-lonestar clip of the week
Oh Thank God Pierre Kirby returns. The sets! The costuming! The writing! The superb acting!
I enjoyed hearing Lloyd's spirit in the movie cat.
It's weird to think that the guy who "made" this movie (Godfrey Ho) apparent works as a professor at a Hong Kong film school.
Imagine looking up your teacher's filmography and learning he only made poorly edited bootleg schlock like this.
Fury in Red is one of the few Godfrey Ho cut-and-paste jobs where IFD actually did a separate dub of the original film several years earlier (albeit with some of the same music - the Firestarter and Maniac soundtrack cues are still there!). Still, even with a solid enough remake as source material, that Pierre Kirby subplot is a wonderfully unhinged addition.
I first heard of "Girl with a Gun" on the show "Deja-View", where I also heard of this Pierre Kirby gem. It's definitely a Godfrey Ho movie with its inconsistent story, badass yet hilarious fight scenes, and deliciously cheesy dubbing.
PIERRE KIRBY! PIERRE KIRBY! Please release a compilation episode of the Pierre Kirby Weeks? Remember, if you ever wonder if any thing you've done matters, you brought light to the story of Pierre Kirby!
Wait wait wait, if I’m going to watch this, I need to go back and watch the other Pierre Kirby reviews first! 😊
I can't believe how long I've been watching Snob...
Soon as I saw the promo art, I was like “…is that Pierre…?”. And then I started the video, and it was. It felt like watching a classic Snob video.
RIP to Lloyd
May his spirit live on in every movie cat
Also, this was awesome
To quote the lyrics from the Famous Kirby theme song … “GET READY FOR THE SHOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!!!”
it's always a pleasure to see those Godfrey Ho's "Two in one" movies. These clumsy over dubs, exposition bukake, flash backs and voice off to glue the two movies together are more fascinating than baffling.
Way easier to enjoy than the American movies like "Demon cop" and "Ultra warrior", painful to watch.
Found footage is an art!
I've re-watched a compilation of all of your previous Pierre Kirby movies about 20 times and always wondered if/when you would do Crackdown Mission, Brad. And now you have!
This is actually perfect timing that you finally got to review Crackdown Mission, because I recently watched Ms .45 on Peacock.
2:50- May the...um...8th be with you? Okay, let's try something else, um...Revenge of the 8th? DAMMIT, THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER!
15:38- Oh my god...Look at all the junk food.
It's been 12 year, but you finally closed the chapter on reviewing Pierre Kirby movies. Well done, good sir.
Also I'm sure you got rid of that very very large computer. That's big enough to be used as an anchor.
I love that Lloyd's spirit lives on in every movie cat. You need to dub in the Ator 3/Troll 3 "Grindel Theme".
I feel like I'm watching episodes 10 plus years ago off the site again. Remember when everyone had their own website for content instead of CZcams?
The way it kept turning into radioactive x-ray vision kept reminding me of Black Devil Doll From Hell.
The kind of review that got me to watch your stuff in the first place all those years ago.
He has returned!!!!!! Finally!!!!!! There is a God!!
how many Tequila and Bonnetti episodes were aired during its run? I wonder whether Brad will ever finish the series if there are unreviewed episodes remaining.
I was just watching your Pierre Kirby videos last night. I'm so happy to see a brand new review!!
If I had a time machine I’d go back in time and make a film Godfrey Ho
directed Pierre Kirby and Reb Brown movie
Oh, it was fun to revisit Pierre Kirby! The Taiwanese film looks kind of interesting, too. Maybe you should review that sometime. That'd be cool. You know, the Kirby movies kind of make me think of Cynthia Rothrock movies. I loved watching those as a cub. She even did a role in a film from Hong Kong, I think. Cheap shlock from the video store comprise some of the bes memories of my life.
So those multicolor ninja movies were Pierre Kirby's? They used to show those movies all the time in the 90s in Puerto Rico. Every Saturday at 1:00 pm it was Kirby mania in Puerto Rico, it seems.
Caligua! 😂 This whole time, I thought it was a picture of Jamie Lee Curtis!
The Legend Pierre Kirby!
"We'll never have the friendship that you want, Paul" was he funniest line of the video. Yes, I was eating and I choked on my food because I laughed so hard. Well played.
One of your most delightful.
Darn bet copyrights kept us from hearing that banger song one last time
Always worthy of a giggle the daft dubbing in these films.
Can you imagine a cross over between Pierre Kirby and the Mexican Santa Claus to fight Satan and Pitch with special cameos from little Lupita and Estes Pirkle
I AM THE ERADICATOR!
Thx brad for 16 years but I'm gonna need you to do at least another 60 years to get me thru this life ❤
Man I miss those grainy floor days
Back to his roots. Awesome 👍
"...more padding before getting to the movie..."
15:37 ZUL, MUTHFUCKAH, ZUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLLLLL!
Wow, 16 years. I don't think I'll ever catch up. Did you review Ms. 45? That looks badass.
Been following you for years Brad, keep up the good work!! 👍 (commenting just to help with the Algorythm :P)
Cool video as always Snob 💯
Holy shit. 16 years
The makers of this movie thought it was:
a) actually good.
b) able to make enough money to push it out like a post-curry toilet trip.
c) a way to launder some money.
ETA: Every time he said Neil Brown, I heard Breen and imagined what it would be like if that psycho was in this...
I miss Ted Fast. Such a cool name.
I love how the trailer voice of the spliced in Godfrey Ho movies is the same guy that does the dubbing of Pierre Kirby.
"Doesn't he want more rapists in the street " ?
You had me rolling 😅😂
It's been too long since I've seen you talk about a Kirby movie
Kirby and exposition colleague feel like whenever Jehovas Witness come by knocking on your door. As soon as they open their mouths all resemblance that you have humans in front of you vanishes.
FINALLY...after waiting for what feels like YEARS.
Because it actually has been years.
The first Snob episode I saw when it was new was Zombie 5 - Killing Birds in early 2008 on the old Cinema Snob CZcams channel. Good to see Pierre Kirby back. Still sometimes like to put on Alphaville's "The Jet Set" and get a laugh thinking about Ninja Untouchables and Pierre Kirby Week. :D
"Zombie Rival, The Super Master" ahhhh 😂😂😂😂 fond memories of Ninja, The Mission Force
Soooo, Terror in the Aisles is a movie that I've watched multiple times and fricken LOVED since it first came out!!!! I actually have it on a Blu-Ray of Halloween II, and Ms. 45 is featured quite a bit on it and I NEVER knew what the fuck it was!!!! Till I watched this video.... You helped me learn what movie that was and I've FINALLY had a chance to watch it.... Holy shit that's a fucked up movie!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
Lloyd's not dead he's surely alive!
Absoultely hilarious
Cinemasnob reviews are SO bad ass!!’
17:08 I'd like this to be the catchphrase on your sitcom, thank you.
Cult scenes are filmed in Receding Hairline Vision
It’s so sad Pierre Kirby left us, he had a thousand times more charisma than Michael(Blank Stare)Dudikoff or Don The I-Can’t-Act Wilson. He could’ve made a decent living in the Richard Pepin, Joe Mehri world of 90s straight-to-video action movies. He was someone people would’ve wanted to watch rather than the slew of guys who should’ve never walked in front of a camera that existed back then
Omgg 16 years crazy
Is Pierre Kirby Brad Jones´s Alias?? In a perfect world, Yes.
How weird to hear Brad say, "subscribe and hit the notification bell to keep up to date". I mean, I'm happy to do that, but as someone who always felt like the exception to the "CZcams Formula" rule, it's just weird. It'd be like seeing Motley Crüe get on stage and opening the set with "Real Talk about the dangers of drugs".
Do a Ms. 45 episode review Brad, dare ya
Seconded.
Paul looks like a combination of Vacation Rusty Griswold and European Vacation Rusty Griswold
These movies are always so much fun. Thanks for bringing back Pierre Kirby Snob!
Glad Lloyd lives on
12:48 If Brad found a vintage can of Pepsi in the trash, I bet he'd use it for his next episode of Brad Tries. Think he'd skip on the severed arm though.
Pierre Kirby looks exactly like Will Forte.
Every Monday I'm here like a crackhead Hunter with a huge rock and hoes!
Pierre Kirby movie reviews ease the pain...
Loooook for the union label!
15:16 Throbbing Gristle on the soundtrack
I used to really love Shakey's Pizza!
HELL YES PIERRE KIRBY RETURNS!!!!!!!
Kirby lives.
Kirby lived.
Kirby will live.
The dubbing and line delivery in this movie is straight out of Garth marengi's Darkplace! :D
Mmmmmmm yeassssss we love MD the Dude
Fun fact: that was me!
A Pierre Kirby film review and no Alphaville - Jet Set instrumental? It just seems... incomplete. :)
Lloyd lives!!
Oh yeah, Pierre Kirby!
That lady drew a circle with a triangle in it, my weeb self thought of the symbol of the Jashin cult, which is arguably more realistic than the silly Satanic panic stuff, even if the rituals are still weird
I had to watch the old one just to hear the opening music before it started
Good old Peirre Kirby. Play the theme.
Discount Kevin Bacon helped the cop LOL
it was your favorite movie of 1981? how old were you, like 3?
Are you using the same microphone you used in the other Pierre Kirby reviews? This one feels and sounds just like your old videos
It's like an 80s sleaze buffet. I need to see this movie
sooo
uuuh
has Snob talked about the first four American Commando movies?
