I have a big doubt if we will see that soon. I don't know if you knew already, the two organization (WDC and WDO) is now in a big dispute and many dancers showed up in this competition will not attend the coming Blackpool event. Also, Troels and Inna won't attend Blackpool. The only couples from top couples who will attend would be Dorin and Marina and Kirill and Valeria. It's so sad the ballroom dance world is again in dispute and separated.
@@chamcham212 You know Kirill and Valeria will be accepted in Blackpool ? (Despite they are Russians. They still are ?) And you KNOW Troels and Ina will not come ? Why ?? Hope you can clarify. (Needless to say, I personally have always been against any exclusions of countries in art and sports, which is world peace and beauty of brotherhood.)
@@helgechristophersen7665 Troels and Ina stated it clear two days ago on all their media outlets that they will refrain from doing any competitions in May (neither the one in Blackpool Tower nor the one in Winter Garden or any other to be precise). I have no information about Kirill and Valeria, though. Couldn’t agree more- it would be disastrous to divide (again!) dance world …
I would gladly welcome Marika and Gunnar to this final, probably over Giuseppe and Dasha… Well, I hope it will be possible to see the pre-Covid, pre-split top 6 of Blackpool on one floor soon. I can only pray I am not delusional and any crisis now in WDC can be overcome quickly…
