Would love hyatts...but without getting status, id just rather stick to hiltons😢
Hyatt is consistently the most rewarding for having status. But it’s true that without it, you can use Amex FHR to get all the benefits and stay at a Hilton or Marriott

Yes, usually lounge access includes free breakfast, light snack, evening cocktail hour/light dinner, and drinks.
