We plan on going back and gonna get an ostrich egg and an emu egg. Last time we was there we bought an ostrich egg which was $65. We had a small get together breakfast pot luck. We made omelets out of the ostrich egg. My son brought bacon and sausage my brother brought the hash browns. And I went and bought some strawberries and bananas. That ostrich egg literally fed 7 people. That was fun. We have a video of my Husband breaking the top open. That shell is so thick and hard to crack open. I remember the tase it is almost the tase of a chicken egg. But I can tell the difference from that to the chicken egg. And the ostrich egg does not tase like chicken just the texture but there is a little different tase to it.
