you need to adjust the video resolution, try Window mode

As of now, collecting "in demand" loots is the fastest way to earn zeny for beginners. I dont have a video of it here because the in demand loot changes from time to time.
Sometimes people look for anolian skin, redherb, maneater blossom etc...
