I remember her from MTV. I watched the modeling show she was on and remember hoping she would win, and then she did. She reminded me of a young Patricia Arquette. I’m not even a little shocked about this. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if it is true. Sadly, as bad as it is, I’m sure it’s nowhere near the top of the list of the terrible things he’s done. I hope they throw the book at him.
As for why now, you ask? Well, I’m guessing because there is strength in numbers. Plus, it's hard to get any justice for these types of cases against regular people, let alone a celebrity. If she had come out before Diddy started getting exposed, then it’s very likely no one would have ever heard about this, and very unlikely she would have gotten any type of justice. Just look at all R Kelly, Cosby, Weinstein, Masterson, etc., got away with until one person came out, and it helped more women to be willing to tell what happened to them.

Idk I might have kept it as proof because no way could you have came out against Diddy until recently and had a chance of getting any justice. That would be my reasoning. Why did the women that accused Danny Masterson, Bill Cosby, R Kelly, Harvey Weinstein etc. wait so long? Because those men were Uber famous at that time and your word would have meant very little, sadly. I have actually heard of victims keeping torn dresses etc. as proof. Is it true? It remains to be seen, but I, for one, hope they throw the book at Diddy. What he did to Cassie was bad enough in and of itself.

I have things that I didn’t report at the time they happened when I was in my early 20’s. There’s many reasons people won’t and sometimes you can only understand when it’s happened to you first hand. What Pascall is saying here (14:00 minutes in), is a matter of opinion yes, and everyone is entitled to them, however, speculation like this is very hurtful to genuine victims and 💯 discourages them coming out after the fact. It’s a tough one though, so many false accusers unfortunately, I get that too. If she is genuine, I hope she gets compensated accordingly, as it doesn’t change the fact, but helps live a much more comfortable life going forward and also aids in putting abusers away in situations like this 🫶🏼
