The craftsmanship of the stonework is truly astonishing. And the trullis made me realise how natural it is to live in rounded buildings, with no corners and hard edges. Italian hobbit holes are the way to go... love love love :o)

I have never seen such a beautiful and unique property. Your cinematography was amazing. At the end when Danilo said "I hope you enjoyed it and see you next time" 13:11 and you turned around and waved good bye as the drone flew away took my breath away. When you walked back to the door, I didn't want this to end! Great job! It was like watching a Hollywood movie ending.... Thanks from Palm Springs!

Fun fact: the Primitivo grape from Manduria was exported by Robert Mondavi to Napa Valley and is today known as Zinfandel. Primitivo di Manduria: a good wine to drink while watching Romolini videos😋

Well, where do you think it is better to live in Italy or Switzerland?
@@allakyryliuk8851 both have pros and cons. For education and work Switzerland is best. High level education at minimal cost, i.e. affordable for everybody. If you work hard you can achieve anything. Cons are high paced living rhythm and stress. Climate is so so, although the Ticino, Vaud and Valais cantons have better weather. Top public services, low taxes and efficient government. Italy is great for holidays, culture, food, beauty, friendly people, relaxed living. Education is not bad but nothing special with some exceptions. Working from what I know from family and friends is not so great as there is too much politics and not enough meritocracy. Government is middle class but considering high taxes, average public services and high bureaucracy quite far behind Swiss standard. I am double citizen and travel a lot, so I can take the best of both ;-) The only real problem is when Italy plays Switzerland in football😂
I don't know how excited do I get to see villas, buildings, apartments, etc but I get very excited to see Romalini everytime he posts a new video. Much love ❤️ keep up

I lucked into staying in Alberbello in 2000...went with friends with family there. Fell in love with trullis!
Agree, we stayed there and loved it, we even got to stay in a Trulli house, we really had a wonderful time. The home owner pointed us to an amazing restaurant and driving along the thin windy roads dotted with Trulli homes was magical. It was worth the big train journey to get there from the Nth of Italy.
WOW and Stunning are not big enough words to describe this place. Another excellent tour by Danilo and the team. Danilo knows how to work the camera. I love the old and new together. Minimal is the way to go.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!! I cherish the feeling of openness and light with stone on the inside each unit. And the grass being so green and plush, make me want to have a blanket spread on the ground for a picnic. This is truly an exceptional property. Congrats, yet again to the whole team who made part of this video ... It was superb!! The right mix between Italian and English, beautifully filmed, inside and outside (a bit of a scare when Danilo went on that thin edge, but hey, he did what he can do best, looking at the camera, explaining us everything in detail and walking backwards) .... And did I already mention the estate itself? NO ... Well a dream come true ... whomever is gonna buy this estate has got him/herself a goldmine ... unique, well restored, beautifully decorated, all in one, an area to dream off ... This I would call a hidden GEM for sure.

Some notes while watching this video. Danilo’s presentation of the property is as professional as ever. Italian language must be used during presentation at least 50% of the video. Danilo must always use that ASMR tone of voice. Danilo’s access to dangerous places, like top of the roof is strictly forbidden from now on. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

First Danilo this was fantastic video!! I must share with you that I now have a piece of Italian history, I purchased four dining room chairs from an antique store in Italy. They came from an Italian Castle and dated The Regency Period! To say they’re BEAUTIFUL is an understatement! I received them today after a long wait. I’m crying I’m so happy!! Beautiful ! I stayed in an old masseria with my extended family reunion several years ago in Puglia - the history of those places in southern Italy is really interesting ! It is fascinating to imagine the wealthy retiring to these country houses for the summer ! That one was not quite up to the amazing decor of this lovely place however !!!

What a beautiful place. The architecture, the simplicity of design and the charming trullo.
There’s an Italian restaurant in NYC called I Trulli. It features food from this region and all of the pasta is hand made by Nonna Dora - her son, Nico manages the restaurant.
They make an amazing pasta dish called Malloreddus (saffron gnocchi) with a cured sausage - very delicious.
Sorry, went off on a tangent but when I saw the title of your video it immediately recalled the restaurant.
