The Rapunzel fumble is amazing lol
I was there in person and was so confused at first! But then it turned into something so badass of course! I think Dave just got kind of thrown off from the first fumble and instead of going into the bridge "I think the world of you.." section the second time, he accidentally was ready to go into the jam outro of Rapunzel before this second bridge. So they just jammed on the beginning of the bridge chords! I crave these moments even though I know they might be humbled getting off track at first since they are the tightest band on Earth! haha
Well, at least they are USUALLY the tightest band on Earth lol I wonder what the late great Leroi Moore would have said after that fumble!!

Brilliant! I never want to miss a DMB show so close to me but had to, so this is great. I grew up in the 90s on Va, very close to Cville and DMB brings me home every time

Great view! Great recording! I was back in 202!!! I danced my heart out a& came back for more in N2 (100 section!) I really enjoyed the Friday show a tad more (personal reasons) but danced 1000+ more steps Saturday!

My first show was May of 1999 and I’m 41 next month. I was there for both nights of this show, in this pit 1st off the rail.
This show was fun as hell, and it’s super weird you’ve taken so much time to say otherwise. Both nights together had an absolutely killer set list, even if the Madman’s Eyes into Minarets fake didn’t happen like i really wanted. Night 2 ending with the trombone player was incredible too.
Maybe you’re just too old to remember that the songs weren’t actually better back then. Late 90s shows were way boring in comparison to later shows. The early 00s started to find it, but their BEST shows didn’t start really until they got comfortable to play whatever tf they wanted 🤷♀️

Thank you so very much for this. I was in front of you to the left trying to do the same thing. When opened with dreaming tree I was shaking. When he followed with drunken soilder I dropped my phone. When I heard the four notes begin to american baby intro I had to wipe tears away. When little thing came out, I'll still be recovering for the next two week. Lol . They blessed us n2. And I heard he played baby blue the following Tuesday. After 10 plus years. I've seen alot of deeper cuts coming out recently, I hope we are not getting ready for a farewell tour......that would KILL me.

I was in there. It got some. At spac it didn't get much reaction overall but that's because I think people wanted something different Bella even though it was a TD at the time

@@Cookb27 Been to a few shows too this year; the four in the Carolinas, Baltimore show, Camden n1 was an exquisite set imo (compared to those for sure). Shame Help Myself, Stone > Two Step, Late in the Evening, rando Hunger, Recently, Cha Cha. Spaceman, etc wasnt enough heat for you. Gorge on deck, hoping I can finally get a hit off Busted Stuff. And hope the summer isnt done for you!
