@@notaspeck6104they didn’t say that, they say they tweaked the color, with no way for common folks to understand how tweaked it’s. Don't worry, color is just human perception. There's nothing particularly right or wrong about any of those pictures, since both are based on real data. The "true color" one is just how our brains construct the image, but our brains don't have a monopoly on reality. A lot of physics deal with phenomena that our brain can't see.

Makes me really appreciate how gorgeous and simply precious Earth is... unlike grayish hostile Neptune, it stands out like a rare jewel against the void of space, vibrant blue oceans and green forests to contrast it. We breathe clean air and eat fresh from the soil... it's really the garden of Eden when you think about it. There are beaches, and parties, Netflix and takeout. You can pick fresh fruit from trees but also feast on anything you want at the supermarket. Meanwhile, somewhere out there a lonely asteroid is making its infinite journey across the black vacuum of hostile space. If you were in that position and then suddenly landed on Earth, you'd see this as pure heaven... Don't waste time seeing it differently. Take care of home 🤍🌏
