I was at a pizza shop on 38th street and 8th Ave in New York City and the Mexican guys prepping the pizza had this song on full blast, it literally blew me away and gave me chills, such a rich and extraordinary culture. Viva México 🇲🇽

This is the product of 300 years of Music blending together, Flamenco, German Polka, Hip Hop, I like this new direction where real musicians are playing real instruments again. Always admired the technical abilities of requinto. Keep doing your thing. I like that this is inspiration for young people to want to learn to play the guitar.

I grew up hearing this music more in the background from my neighborhood and culture not being exactly Mexican I didn’t stream corridos specifically but this man changed my whole entire appreciation for a music I never thought would become a part of my life and realizing at the same time it has always been. I'll search for the lyrics too - I understand a tiny bit of Spanish because I also speak Italian, but understanding lyrics without text is beyond me. I'm intrigued by the title though.
