hmmm all im saying is that this looks like a local street race group, and not the real pro drivers, idk maybe im wrong but thats what i see.

If I'm not mistaken these car take part in the national rally competition in Portugal.
Again I might be mistaken and if I do someone correct me please.
The only thing I know for sure is that these are kind of the top class we have here, the lower ones includes small shops that wanna race as a publicity stunt or just for fun.
