However, all veterans who have passed on are remembered. Let’s not forget, Veterans Day is for soldiers that are living. Memorial Day is to remember those who have died.

Your family snap chat was hysterical ! Just an FYI; there are a ton of carbs in fresh fruit & so many other foods we love. I’ve been on a weight loss journey & for me eliminating carbs & upping the protein is the only way I can lose weight. I try to keep carbs under 40 grams a day ! I know you’re working on a fitness plan & hope you’re not offended by my comments. Meant with love💕
Not offended at all! You would think fruit is the “healthier” option, which it is- but so much sugar and carbs too lol. Not so much help when you’re trying to be a conscious eater! Lol.
Holly but if you follow a diabetic diet of 45 gr of carbs plus the protein portion of 3 oz plus vegetables and salad being sure you do not go uvet 45 gr on each meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. For snacks in between meal 15 gram carb. If people do not want to lose weight they can have 60 gr per meal. It works not only lowering your sugar but also losing weight .
Veggies are carbs too. You can still eat fruit and lose weight. Just don’t eat a ton of it. Stick to berries..blueberries, raspberries, strawberries…as they are lower on sugar. Also, be smart about when you eat it. Before or after a workout will be better fuel for your workout or recovery.

Your family snap chat was hysterical ! Just an FYI; there are a ton of carbs in fresh fruit & so many other foods we love. I’ve been on a weight loss journey & for me eliminating carbs & upping the protein is the only way I can lose weight. I try to keep carbs under 40 grams a day ! I know you’re working on a fitness plan & hope you’re not offended by my comments. Meant with love💕
Not offended at all! You would think fruit is the “healthier” option, which it is- but so much sugar and carbs too lol. Not so much help when you’re trying to be a conscious eater! Lol.
Holly but if you follow a diabetic diet of 45 gr of carbs plus the protein portion of 3 oz plus vegetables and salad being sure you do not go uvet 45 gr on each meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. For snacks in between meal 15 gram carb. If people do not want to lose weight they can have 60 gr per meal. It works not only lowering your sugar but also losing weight .
Veggies are carbs too. You can still eat fruit and lose weight. Just don’t eat a ton of it. Stick to berries..blueberries, raspberries, strawberries…as they are lower on sugar. Also, be smart about when you eat it. Before or after a workout will be better fuel for your workout or recovery.

I have never in my life ever seen such a child, healthy special-needs, or not have so much love given to him by all parts of the family not just mom and dad, aunts uncles anybody that comes in contact with you and he is such a ray of shade and shine he would make your worst day.
