Rules I left out of the video:
- When you commercialize an idea card that another player had also syndicated, that player's syndication cube also turns into a patent.
- When you research and discard a card that a player had syndicated, the syndication cube gets returned to their Wealth box.
- If you use a worker that was on a utility (rather than on a barrier), the work is subsidized.
- If another player's worker is on your company, you can use it as if it was your worker.
- When using the import action, you can't move a card that has been syndicated by another player.
- If you've got a future shock cube on the human progress splay, opponents cannot use that card for viability.

My teaching usually takes longer but with more "why do this action". I prefer to explain commercialize as last action, and regime after that.
You could mention double valued patents when paying.
