I have always wished he would get a 4runner and build it up. He has great taste in mods and love all his rigs. I don’t see him getting one since he already has a bunch of Toyota suvs like the 2 land cruisers and now the sequoia but I would love for him to build up a 5th gen 4runner.
Thanks to you Mike, my Tacoma setup is nearly complete. I don’t overland (yet) but I will be doing truck camping. I begrudgingly bought a DB cover and FR bed rack system and both have proven to be worthwhile, quality purchases so far. My X-Cover should be here by the end of this week and my motorcycle track day/bicycle racing setup will be complete just in time for a track day next Monday. None of it was cheap but I think I’m over my buy once cry once phase already after a week of ownership. Sending good vibes your way dude. Thanks for what you do!
The mini ex is the reason why I’m thinking F350. I’m still setting up my off grid property and it’s a huge benefit being able to pick up a 35d sized mini or a skid steer as the delivery cost is more than the machine rental to my very rural Colorado location.
You've got a dream setup when it comes to the fleet Mike! Would definitely like to see an update on all of them (especially the RAV4) Random question - if Toyota didn't exist what brand would you go with for all the rigs?
Still one of my fav channels on CZcams! Do a video showing the rigs (updates, etc). Would also like to see a vid of the background work, meaning, how do you juggle everything you are involved in? Time management, software, etc.
Congrats on pregnancy. My kids are all grown with RAM Crew Cab, 5’ 7” bed. I think you are good with that profile, if I had to do it again I’d take the 6’ 4” bed.
Hey mike! word of advice I work for Toyota, keep an eye on your rear main seal also known as a rear crank seal. It’s located behind the flywheel. I’ve seen them leak as early at 500 miles. Definitely get that done while I’m warranty because it’s a very expensive job to pay out of cash
I was literally sitting there thinking: I wonder if he regrets his purchase. I can’t believe you don’t own a second gen sequoia. Absolutely 100% bulletproof most reliable full size vehicle ever made. Tied first place with the Lc200
She’ll do great with the little ones. A rear facing car seat fits perfect in the middle of my 22 tundra DC. Ive since turned both back car seats forward and both kiddos are good to go. Something that clicks into a baseplate is ideal for the middle, rear facing since you’re also leveled out and jumping up in the cab can get tricky with an infant in one hand. Thanks for all your hard work/content!
I’ve had my sons car seat both rear and front facing in my double cab Tacoma. Now that it’s front facing, I do I have to slide the seat up a little bit for his legs because he likes to stick them straight out haha. I’m looking at the double cab Tundra because I want the 6.5 foot bed (but I don’t want the crewmax 6.5 because of the long wheelbase), I think it will be fine as my kids will still be small for a good 10 years or so 👍🏼
All factory spray-in bedliners suck. They don't prep the surface first so the liner doesn't stick as well as it should. It's best to skip the factory liner when possible and get it done by a third party.
I’ve been thinking about upgrading to Tundra from my tacoma in order to better fit the car seat and have more room. Right now with my tacoma, I can squeeze it in the middle seat in back, otherwise I have to move one of the front seats too far forward to be comfortable for anyone.
It was good getting to talk with you for a bit at OEMW22. Maybe next time I'll have pictures of that Tremor bumper actually on a truck, but just maybe. I've only had it for a year and a half, no reason to rush now. 😂
I'm sure you've covered this many times but aren't you in Colorado? Was there in the military for about 6 years. I've been back several times to visit even just a couple of months ago. I've always wondered what are the better areas to live but I know everyone has all kinds of opinions on that. Sorry if it's off track just something I always wondered
I love my diamondback cover because you can put stuff on top. I do pull a gooseneck here and there and it's kind of annoying for that. But generally it's pretty great.
Kiddo seats work great in the middle back seat. Had to do it for my work truck and thought it was going to be difficult in/out at first but it works well and is the safest seat placement!
Hey brother I'm going up to Montana to visit my mother this spring I was thinking about doing some off-roading in Colorado when I'm off that way. I got interesting background I've spend some time in Colorado business-wise but I've never had a chance to go off-roading.
A Doona infant car seat fit in the backseat of my wife’s 5th Gen T4R, and I doubt that is any larger of a space than your backseat. She now has a Nuna Rava convertible car seat in its rear facing config, and it also fits.
Nice truck buddy so the question of it is are you going to downsize some vehicles 😆 and are you gonna make it out to Virginia for the next expo I’m hoping next year I’ll finally make it to the one in Flagstaff I just got out of the hospital emergency gallbladder surgery four days ago I’m healing pretty well yeah I kind of put my camping off for another three weeks my CZcams video is up and running the last time I went camping was about three weeks ago enjoy the video if you got time ok 👌🏼🔥🤠🔥Camping Russ out
How does the Rav4 drive on AT's compared to a normal all season? The wife has a 2015 AWD Rav4 XLE, thinking about going AT's on it. Congratulations on the upcoming family addition! Sincerely, Boulder CO guy. Hope to see you around.
We will watch anything you post master 👏🏼 we need more tactical/survival videos and also will you be adding a outdoor shooting range at the new property ? I mean why not ?
I have my phone in front of my vents to keep my phone cool when I have to charge it. Don’t have to worry about hot air as I have yet to turn on my heater in Honolulu
i am going to be getting a truck most likely when I return to the states in 2024. I am hoping to get a Toyota, but I cannot decide on a Tacoma or a Tundra. I may do some landscaping with my father upon return, but not sure how much I would want or need to use my personal truck to haul. Do you think the Tundra is worth it?
@@LastLineOfDefense Black interior only. Can get a boulder interior ... which is grey, but that's essentially only the seats. I'd just buy seat covers if that was my gig. I guess I'll order, wait 8-10 months for a 2022 well into 2023 with options they send, which may not be what I order. AND, pay full sticker price PLUS "Fair Market" value ... which is the same as we don't have many, if you want it... pay me. Haha! Just venting ... truly the worst time in my 60 years to buy a rig ... Hope I can hold out til the market stabilizes. I appreciate your channel.
I ordered the same cbi bumper, can you let use know when they recieve a remedy for the air dam code? I wasnt sure if CBI remedied that already or not but when I call in they i get mixed answers from the employees weather or not a fix is on the way.
It shouldn't. If your suspension has issues because of your lift they can deny coverage. But if your radiator fails they can't deny coverage if your mods don't affect it
Might as well add a 4Runner to the fleet!
don’t give him any ideas 😭 you know how jealous we are already of him
I have always wished he would get a 4runner and build it up. He has great taste in mods and love all his rigs. I don’t see him getting one since he already has a bunch of Toyota suvs like the 2 land cruisers and now the sequoia but I would love for him to build up a 5th gen 4runner.
Yeah right, Jesus Christ! How much do you spend on car insurance?
I don't see a turbo'ed 86 either.
A nice 3rd Gen would be sweet
CONGRATS ON THE BABY MIKE AND ASHLEY, hope ashley's doing well and be safe mike and family

Random question - if Toyota didn't exist what brand would you go with for all the rigs?
He did like the Tremor he drove and built last year.
Always love hearing about the rigs. I’ve taken a number of ideas from your vids over the years!
Definitely should make a video about all the rigs👌🏼
So happy to see a youtuber post videos of their vehicle that is realistic. I love seeing a truck used as a truck. Props!
Car seat should fit. I have one in my Tacoma. Tight fit but better than getting rid of the truck lol
I am so into that. I'll be patient and waiting on the videos
Still one of my fav channels on CZcams! Do a video showing the rigs (updates, etc). Would also like to see a vid of the background work, meaning, how do you juggle everything you are involved in? Time management, software, etc.
Massive halo 1 warthog vibes with this rig
The Tundra looks even better in person, that front end set up is perfect.
Congrats on pregnancy. My kids are all grown with RAM Crew Cab, 5’ 7” bed. I think you are good with that profile, if I had to do it again I’d take the 6’ 4” bed.
Yea. Let’s see all the rigs. Just a quick blurb about each one.
Great video Mike, would you ever think about going fully electric? 👀
Congrats on the baby on the way!
Build breakdowns???? Yes
Totally jealous of your rides.

Congrats to both of y’all with the new addition of the LLOD family. btw how did you get the crack in the windshield
Would love to see a video on all the videos, especially more on the old FJs. I also love anything with this new Tundra
I was literally sitting there thinking: I wonder if he regrets his purchase.
I can’t believe you don’t own a second gen sequoia. Absolutely 100% bulletproof most reliable full size vehicle ever made. Tied first place with the Lc200
Nice truck setup
Love your videos, a full rigs one would be awesome to watch. Your 30+ min vids are the best to watch.
Talk about YOTA GANG! Yessuh!!
Mike great video's awesome love to see it all Rav4 etc..Thanks for your time.

Do a driveway car show! Lol thanks Mike!

Congratulations on the baby!!!
Congratulations with the baby. Love the home build videos and all the vehicle stuff and adventures. God bless.
Rig breakdown video would be awesome
That thing is solid. AR OR FTW.
All factory spray-in bedliners suck. They don't prep the surface first so the liner doesn't stick as well as it should. It's best to skip the factory liner when possible and get it done by a third party.
Did the the upgraded wheels and collar lift void your warranty?
Congrats on the baby, say farewell to sleep. Car seat fits just fine in my 95 k1500 extended cab Bench seat, I'm sure your truck will be fine.
Yes do a full video on all the cars!
I’ve been thinking about upgrading to Tundra from my tacoma in order to better fit the car seat and have more room. Right now with my tacoma, I can squeeze it in the middle seat in back, otherwise I have to move one of the front seats too far forward to be comfortable for anyone.
I want a sienna overland build.
Congratulations on the pregnancy!
Nice rigs! I really like the 80’s series land cruiser, and that tundra. Aloha! 🤙🏽
Congrats man that’s such great news. It’s why I went from a Tacoma to a tundra
Get a ford maverick for fuel economy. It be interesting to watch 😂.
Congrats on the baBY!!! Much respect and aloha from SoCal / San Clemente!
Yes to the driveway breakdown on all your rigs
Thanks for the video. I believe however your truck cab is called a Double Cab.😀
It is, yup

Congrats on the baby! Might have to trade in the CrewCab for a CrewMax, that will be plenty of room for the new passenger!

Definitely YESSS on the driveway breakdown please!!
Consider KC cyclones in the bed. They make a flush kit for it
I love my diamondback cover because you can put stuff on top. I do pull a gooseneck here and there and it's kind of annoying for that. But generally it's pretty great.
Definitely would watch a vehicle brake down and progress on the house. Keep up the great content.
love the look of the new tundra
Kiddo seats work great in the middle back seat.
Had to do it for my work truck and thought it was going to be difficult in/out at first but it works well and is the safest seat placement!
I love your 80 so much man, thinking about painting my 100 series the same color.
Definitely do a driveway video of all of the rigs. As always Thanks Mike.

Toyota dealership at mikes house 😍
Lemme know when you wanna get rid of that Sequoia
Yeah man would definitely love to see a video with all the rigs!
Toyota needs to make a high roof van.
Great video and congrats. Does the Mous charger have a 20 or 17mm ball?
Lots of fun
Rear facing carseat worked in my 07 tundra didn't have any issues
How does the Rav4 drive on AT's compared to a normal all season? The wife has a 2015 AWD Rav4 XLE, thinking about going AT's on it. Congratulations on the upcoming family addition! Sincerely, Boulder CO guy. Hope to see you around.
Most A/Ts aren't aggressive enough to notice a difference.
Thank you for this thorough rundown. I may have missed it but do you have a link to the matte screen protector?
I always enjoy watching u
If you had to pick just one vehicle, would it be the Tacoma or the Tundra?
Yes all of the rigs
Excellent as always and the tundra looks great. Definitely do a vid on the rav4 as that’s something outside the tundra/Tacoma norm
Great job mike! Love to watch a. Break down of all the rigs
Do you ever have issues with your phone connecting automatically? Seems like I have to enter my pin every time before carplay kicks in.
Heck yeah, that would be a great idea to speak on all your rides 1 at a time. They are all yours?
I used a Mous case and vent mount until it started failing and dropping my phone. If I upgrade to a newer iPhone I’ll look at Mous again.
We will watch anything you post master 👏🏼 we need more tactical/survival videos and also will you be adding a outdoor shooting range at the new property ? I mean why not ?
Yea please
Like the color
Great info!!! I can’t find those tie down rope ratchets you have. Do you know what brand they are or have a link?
Did you have to drill onto the dash to get that 67 rail installed for your phone mount?
Definitely a vehicle break down
My bed liner peeled on my 2016 f150 as well. After that happened I had it replaced by a local linex shop. I never had issues after that.
The new Toyota have fiberglass beds so I don't see the point of a bed liner.
The dongar link was not working for ur dash cam - can you show us the correct link to the dongar needed for the 2022-2023 tundra
I have my phone in front of my vents to keep my phone cool when I have to charge it. Don’t have to worry about hot air as I have yet to turn on my heater in Honolulu
Hey man great truck if I’m a ford 250 4fx
i am going to be getting a truck most likely when I return to the states in 2024. I am hoping to get a Toyota, but I cannot decide on a Tacoma or a Tundra. I may do some landscaping with my father upon return, but not sure how much I would want or need to use my personal truck to haul. Do you think the Tundra is worth it?
Mike, what watch are you rocking these days, diggin it!!
Really bummed that you can only get a Tundra with a black interior. Really a hard no for me, but if I could find one, I'd prolly get it.
You can get other color interiors on various models, both different cloth colors and I think 3 other leather colors.
@@LastLineOfDefense Black interior only. Can get a boulder interior ... which is grey, but that's essentially only the seats. I'd just buy seat covers if that was my gig. wait, you live up the mountains in Colorado???
In depth video on all vehicles please.
Do you screw in your crossbin or just let it sit?
I ordered the same cbi bumper, can you let use know when they recieve a remedy for the air dam code? I wasnt sure if CBI remedied that already or not but when I call in they i get mixed answers from the employees weather or not a fix is on the way.
Does the truck bed stay dry with the Diamond Back cover on it?
For the most part. I haven’t spent anytime sealing the entire bed and tailgate though (truck beds themselves are not sealed).
Did the lift and bumper on the tundra void your extended Warrenty?
It shouldn't. If your suspension has issues because of your lift they can deny coverage. But if your radiator fails they can't deny coverage if your mods don't affect it
Hey whats the link to the bungie straps? I can’t find them and I could use them thanks
Does it have body armor to protect the undercarriage
