They even added a touch of the Derek and the Dominos version in their ending. That was never may favorite version (far from it), but these guys incorporated it perfectly into this version. Total mastery... every aspect (guitar, bass, drums, organ, mixing, and mastering).
The recording/mixing/mastering is incredible. Just flawless stereo spread and beautiful reverbs. Bass fits in so perfect. Great musicians. Can't say enough. Just wow. Thanks for this.

@@rougeandrei9095 I use headphones. And when I make these comments, I'm actually aiming them at whoever did the sound on the recording, hoping they might see the compliment. When the sound wows me, I like for these people to know that people notice.

I think I must have listened to Jason's version here 50 times, and it just amazes me every time... absolutely gorgeous, balanced and throatful of dist! Something to aspire to (and never attain...).

I can hear it a little, but everyone gets tainted by all the music available to us. I can hear about 3 different influences on this, but they are doing it his way and his arrangement. But the more I listen, lol, I think you nailed it. I hear Tom Petty all over Jimmy Hendrix. That's why we all live music. It gives back.
