- We started by clearing out all the fallen leaves, giving the lawns a fresh and clean look. After that, we mowed the grass to the perfect height, creating a neat and uniform appearance throughout. We love being able to enhance the beauty of neighborhoods like this one, and we can't wait to see the smiles on the residents' faces when they see their freshly manicured lawns.

We have a black container with a blue lit for paper, a greencontainer for greens and a totally black container with a chip in it for all the rest of the garbige. The last one we have to pay for (one euro a kilo !)
The green one is free. If you have trees etc. you can bring it and is also free. Chemicals are free, but you have to bring it.
Trish, you read my mind! I was wondering why you were raking the leaves against the trees! I didn’t agree with what you were doing! They must be vacuuming those leaves up !

Why don't you get a lawn sweeper to rake up all the leaves and grass cuttings?
Cost could be a factor.
Grass clippings and leaf litter help replenish the nutrients in the soil. The HOA most likely has rules against leaving the grass clippings and even the small leaf litter. Hence the poor condition of the grass. They then will complain about the grass and make the homeowner pay tons of money to buy amendments for their lawn and reseed or lay down sod. 🤷

Home Owners Association. Subdivisions often have these and the assoc. makes rules about how your yard and house should look. They fine you if you don’t keep things the way they want to keep the neighborhood looking nice.

Does not make sense. The one thing that most hoa's have in common is that they provide lawn care
There are quite a few in our area that doesn't provide this service.
No HOA's around Indiana provide lawn care that I'm aware of. They will complain, but not provide help.
None of my HOA does yards.
My HOA does not do lawns or snow.
No HOA in this area provides lawn care.
