The homeowner is obviously simply young, able bodied, and very lazy.
I like watching these types of videos that assist the elderly or the infirm, but to see this young woman receive a mowing & clean-up, it's actually disappointing.

She did not have time to speak with them. Her lifestyle should not be interrupted.

I just recently had to subscribe again because I found myself unsubscribed I don’t know why
This happens a lot across CZcams and different channels. I find this happens if you don't watch the channel frequently. Even if subscribed, if you ghost a channel for too long - CZcams assumes you are no longer interested and you will be unsubbed by default. However, we do have two channels. Our main channel and this shorts channel.
I watch the channel all the time and I was unsubscribed too. In fact I watched one yesterday. Weird
Why did she "wish you had mowed without permission"?
She stated to us that it would have been a wonderful surprise if she didn’t know and then got to see the result. Most people would want to know, however, I feel some folks hypothetically want a surprise birthday party and others want to know it’s happening beforehand.
