Hi Tomas - I was initially a bit turned off by the jarring aesthetic of the lovely dial numerals (10, 8, 2 and 4) being "overstamped" by the silver sub dials. But the quality of the piece and your unbridled passion for it won me over! I think Addesdive are taking a bold new approach with a few watches by amalgamating designs of luxury brands and clomaging them. In this I can see a blend of Longines and Glashutte (SeaQ) and pilot chrono and dive elements - the outer bezel and the inner tachygraph markings. I also have an AD-2033 coming which seems to blend elements of Tudor Ranger and The Omega Seamaster 300 Heritage. I have heard another CZcams review describe this approach as "clunky" and I can understand that. But I like it and would prefer to describe it as "quirky". Thanks for your great reviews and sharing your passion for Ali Express watches with us!
Tomas, your love for " beautiful" watches is contagious, paused the video half-way through to order it, never did that before. 80$ U.S. all in on Amazon. What a deal. Agree with you on polished lugs for different reason, the bracelet is a 10/10 and never coming off, LOL. Love your vids, green screen and all, even music, LOL. Thanks so much!!! for another great video, Your American fan, Joey.
Great to see the inside of the lugs have been polished! A really nice touch if putting it on a strap with no end link. And yes, the crystal looks amazing.
You have the best reviews my friend. Straight to the point. No nonsense, and you tell it how it is. I prefer the European aspect of reviews, over the American aspect of looking at it. Great job Thomas. Keep it up!
Great review. It's a beautiful watch, but it's kind of weird to me that they put "Diver's 200" on what is clearly a pilot watch (Bregeut Type XX, XXI, XXII style). I also wish they had gone with a 3-register chronograph so that the watch had a running seconds sub-dial. I could still see myself purchasing one.
Thank you for your work, Tomas! Can I ask you: how do you cope with the case height? 15.3 mm seems too tall and bulky for me. Is it uncomfortable to wear?
I'm surprised, because it looks very good for a chronograph, which I don't prefer. Tho, it's just too fat. Shame it's not a pure quartz, but a mechaquartz... which means it's more prone to damage and servicing. And a pure quartz mvmt would shave off a few mm of the fat. Btw, I dislike the "Diver's" label (with an apostrophe), which is usually reserved only for ISO certified diver watches. This is just dishonest advertising.
Buy it on aliexpress official Addiesdive store: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DepdDg1
I completely agree with you, this is a very well made and nice looking watch 🥰 The sapphire crystal is awesome ! Thanks for the video 👋

It does look very nice in person. And this is not a review, this is just a showcase video :)

If only it had a running seconds sub-dial instead of that useless 24hr one ... Great review though
Very attractive vintage 50-70's styled case.
Damn, if i didn't have the sugess air command homage, this would be an instant buy. Size is just perfect!

I'll wait for the version 2
Thank God they changed the logo
You never fail on reviews! Always a pleasure to watch bro!
The reason for the polished finish between the lugs is for aesthetics when used with aftermarket straps. Love your reviews.
Great informative review Tomas. Really liking the watch. So different from usual addiesdive style too. Cheers bud.

I like the cursiv font without the ugly logo on the dial.
Addiesdive is definitely a great brand. I have their non branded pilot watch. Thank you for the review!
Hey Tomas, thanks for the review. Any chance to try out the flyback function of the VK64 Movement on camera, how well it responds? Thanks.
Excelent video, lovely wrist shoots
I love your work, thank you!

Is it uncomfortable to wear?
it is a bit too big for me, yes. Does not feel bad with silicone or leather strap, but still, it is a big watch.
@@TomasWatchReviews thank you very much for your reply, Tomas!
You're very kind!
Great looking watch, but no second sub dial?? hum, I don't know...

Lo estoy usando en mi muñeca viendo tu reseña amigo, con un brazalete de malla, y cada vez que lo miro me tomo un par de segundos contemplándolo😊😊😊
Can you review AD2037 please
I don't like it, it needs logo

Terrible name. Now Steeldive sounds rugged! My auntie Adeline (Addie) knits and crochets, not very rugged. Hard pass.
Good thing you dont have an uncle named Steve :D It would always sound like Stevedive :D
