You should use some water and a microfiber cloth to clean the inside of the glass and the outside. The terrarium is cute, but that would improve the look a thousand percent.
The plant will die from lack of water or over water eventually. First you can't just water it lightly. Cacti and succulents can tolerate drought but when it comes to watering it will need a lot of water to store in their leaves. But without a hole in the bottom the plant will die from root rot.
You could put a tiny Stone animal in there so the plant would have a friend.
