  • With a vision to transform the operations and maintenance of solar plants, Greenleap Robotics is proud to present LOTUS A4000 - Robotics Solar Plant Cleaning Solution.
Featuring fully autonomous operation, water-less cleaning, superior and lightweight design.
Superior Cleaning: The robot performs daily cleaning of solar plants to keep them producing power at peak capacity. The robot uses ultra-soft microfiber fins to flick off the dust without scratching the solar panel surface.
Robust and Reliable: It is designed and rigorously tested to perform in harshest conditions for 25 years with minimal maintenance.
It features our in-house developed Real time Orientation Control System (ROCS) to handle any misalignment within the solar panel rows.

Does the robot need installing rails?
Is the robot able to overcome misalignment between panels? The misalignment could be as large as 30 mm in the direction along the long side of panel, and 15 mm in the direction perpendicular to the panel surface.

Yes, the robot can run directly over the solar panel. It uses high torque motors and a sophisticated control system to cross the misalignments with minimum energy usage and 30mm and 15mm are well within the range of our robot.
