Wing rivets!
Here you see me begin and talk about the rivet process for the top of the wing. It's endless! There are nearly a thousand rivets on this piece alone.. it took days..
This is well over thirteen hours worth of work alone. Would suck if I have to do this again on another wing right?!

Gonna start later this year. Did you do any of the sheet metal basics or RV-building classes to prep? I’m worried I’ll mess something up going in blind 🤦🏽♂️
Agree 100% on the painters tape vs rivet tape. rivet tape is just a waste of $
How can you buck when both upper and lower skins are on ?
It's a challenge! You sorta peel the skin together one rivet at a time. I'll try to document it once we are doing that on the wings so you can see it.

If someone down voters its probably a mistake. I've hit the wrong button on my tablet often and done it unintentionally!
Why do you need to drill a bunch of holes in the skins? Vans Web site says they already come with pre-punched with precisely positioned holes. This is the second video of yours where you drill the holes and do not explain why you need to do it. Just a few words would help. And not only in this video - just say why you need to do something, not just show how you do it.
You have to match drill the wholes that it came with because they are not the right size. They are prepunched, but need to be up sized accordingly. I have stated this many many times in my thousand+ hours of videos. But I sometimes forget that not everyone has watched them all.

Seems like a way overkill on the buttons (clecos). Tack in that skin and remove all of those buttons.
