  • Helloooo :)
You can find the sewing pattern for the Alicia Blouse here: sewingwithsolana.com/products...
    Fabric:
    www.etsy.com/au/listing/93175...
    discount code: sewingwithsolana
Let me know if I should also release a pattern for this blouse.
I ended up using 1.2m of fabric and my fabric is 1.45m wide.
I also used around 55cm of 1cm wide elastic.
    Mistakes I made:
Made the front of the top 1cm too wide.
Realised I wanted to have the second strap lower so it covers my bra. Then the gap between the first and second strap was too far apart from each other so I decided to add 2 more straps in-between to have a total of 4 bows to tie in the front.
Let me know if you have any questions :)
    Love,
    Ann-Sophie

I really, really love your tutorial and the style you choose! I love to wear linen in the summer and I've been looking for tutorials like these, but yours are very informative and on point! Thank youso much!
Cannot wait to try it(I am a beginner, but I think I can master it😅). And also...can't wait to see your next tutorials!♥️😘

How do you finish the ends of your straps/ties? I have a hard time making mine look clean but also seem like they will be durable

You could turn the edges inside the strap ( takes a minute to get it looking great) ands slip stitch the end close by hand.

You can told them in twice and sew over it or when you use a loop turner and you flip them inside our very carefully the ends of the straps will stay inside a bit and it looks nice

might be a weird questions but what kind of bra are you wearing under? Its so hard to find a good fitting, cute but not super expensive one!

You can wear nipple covers for example or a very cute, maybe lacey, bralette if you like a little bit more support (I’ve bought a cute one from Skims). 😊
