This young college student has my highest esteem for handling himself so well in such a horrendous situation. I hope that female employee is fired and quickly! Yes the woman should have handled it differently but then again how many times do you hear of shit going down in gas stations? Maybe not from the news but from word of mouth. A month ago some kid got killed in espanola at a Giant gas station. Not to long ago the Allsups in espanola had a shoot out. A few weeks ago my local gas station had a fight break out.
So who's to blame gas station workers for being suspicious of individuals who linger around especially at night. But at the end of the day the lady should have handled it differently and the kid should have made up his mind on what shit he wanted to buy.

This guy gives the impression he's seeking to create racist responses to his actions. The worker being complained about looks to me of Mexican or Indian heritage, so I doubt she's racially prejudice. I also want to know what was going on for the whole time he was in the store because anyone can take a few second snippet from anything to make anything. Then we have the issue of the legality of him making that video within the store, as some jurisdictions would say you can record in a store while some say you can't.

Well dumber A, tell me why the media say a lot about him being black but nothing about her race. I was raising the issue about the bias of the report. The complainant's behaviour gives the impression he was out to create an incident. It's far more likely the shop assistant was more concerned about his behaviour than anything else. If she'd been complaining simply on his race the call would have been made almost as soon as he walked in, not the minutes later like he says he was wandering around looking at stuff and acting like he's waiting for something.
