Vapor Blasting Honda ATC 200m Crankcase
Vapor blasting for steel, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, rubber, brass, copper, plastic.
Safe on metal, will not warp or score surface. This blasting is done with water and a fine glass bead slurry for the best surface finish. Revive your cast aluminum motorcycle parts back to a factory finish. Sand blasting will gouge the surface and remove material, this is safer and does not remove any metal. It will get into small threaded holes.

Your media appears to be watered out, and taking more time than it should, results looks awesome! Dial back to 30 on plated surfaces to polish like the studs unless you want to remove the zinc.

I am actually in the process of buying this unit and that compressor and i really appreciate your videos for the simple fact that its real world and not paid promo. Not that there videos werent real world but coming from a buyers perspective it's very refreshing.

Nice. Yea these two units are running great so far. I haven't had any issues. If you get this compressor be careful removing it from the pallet. I ended up removing the motor and pump from the top to make it lighter to bring off the pallet.

Hi, what type media do you use? I blast with either aluminum oxyde or ceramic beads and in either case I find everything is covered in media and requires serious cleaning to get that stuff out. I see you left the ball bearing in ..... in my case this would be filled with media and rendered useless. How do you get all that stuff out?
    Greetings

I just rinse it with water and the media is gone. Check my video “Changing the media on vapor blaster” it shows what I use and were to get it. It’s a super fine glass bead.
