i put peppermint and rosemary oils in my biotin shampo, then leave it in my hair for about 5 minutes. it definitely tingles.

Using a wide-toothed neem comb as well as liiitllextra cooconinon hair oil shampoo has now made a good improvement in my hair fall. My hair is less likely to hair fall and looks smooth. This combination really is working for hair fall reduction.

I use that same jojoba oil and I use those same types of oils on my hair and yes it is very important to dilute these oils people.

Excellent video DJ. I love the more natural methods. What is that conditioner you use. Is it the biotin one from avalon organics ? Do you think shampoos like boitin and collagen is good to fight hairloss ?Hairliciously uses the Renpure biotin and collagen shampoo.
I been using biotin shampoo and conditioner for months now and taking biotin pills and I haven’t had any luck with it. I think biotin is probably best used if you use minoxidil or finastride with it which I’m going to start soon. But biotin on its own won’t make thin spots any thinker from my experience. But maybe it will work for other I don’t know.
Yeah Double it’s Avalon. I’ve been trying to stick to natural stuff as much as I can. As to their effectiveness, I’m doubtful. But why not, right?

how often do you use shampoo and conditioner and the EO mixture?
2x a week for the Essential oil and carrier oil mixture? and twice a week for both shampoo and conditioner?

Hi I’m just trying to wrap my head around if it’s possible to get 3% dilution of multiple essential oils in a carrier oil. For example I’m looking at making a hair oil with 3% of for 4 different essential oils which would equate to a total of 12% total essential oil dilution which I’m guessing would have burning effects. I’m only wondering this because to get some of the effects of the oils they’re best diluted at them ratios.

I apply the oil twice a day and really work it into the scalp for maximum absorption. Sorry for the late reply brother.

Within that 6 month I tried and tested and it was not good. I got all the oils in recommended pretty much and it just caused my scalp to get inflation and irritation so stopped after 5/6 months.
I just use a sensitive shampoo/ dermaroller, 3mg a week finasteride now

Ah are you asking would it be redundant? Well, that’s impossible for me to answer. There’s no way to measure the efficacy for everyone. I suppose you could A/B test on yourself over a multiple month period and update us on your results. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help 😮💨

Not that I know of. It seems redundant to use both to me. But by all means, you can use both! I just choose not to.

@@malikyy.4956 hii there! first of all, it really works, i grew a lot of baby hairs and i can feel my hair is a lot stronger, i started using it on march last year and i started to see baby hairs on may/june ish.
i use 50ml of carrier oil (in this case i use castor oil) and 8-12 drops of rosemary oil. DO NOT leave it on your scalp for more than 2 hours (i usually stick only to an hour)
one thing that nobody talks a lot when doing this oil treatment is that your hair will definitely “fall” a lot, but don’t freak out because it’s totally fine! make sure you wash your hair real good because the oil is really thick, i recommend you wash your hair twice. I personally just let my hair air dry and try my best to not use and heat or do tight hairstyles after i do this oil treatment:)
on the first few weeks of using this, you might think you’re loosing a lot of hair but once you get to the 2nd month, you’ll notice your hair doesn’t fall as much as the first time.
the key is to be patient and stay consistent. i know this is a long paragraph but trust me, i’m giving you everything you need to know :-) goodluck!
