Auto suppression

Duping / meta data remover. Works in 14 snapshots, one of 2 remaining duping bugs.
Fixed on spigot and other non-vanilla servers.
Design based on pandas rail setup and edited to make it automatic.

Not really. NBT data are not copied. Thus you can only get empty shulkers and skeleton heads. Free shulkers are nice too for technical servers.
