Induction is where it's at. 0 propane tanks to lug. The line driver on the mast reefing winch is a wear item. Standing rigging time is a fair time to replace it. Don't find that out in the 40's please. So stoked for the baby man congrats! I've raised one on land and my youngest is 2 now. He thinks everyone lives on a boat like him. With my victron 24v 3000 inverter charger I can run a 16000 btu ac on a Honda 2200. Keeps our kids cool on days with no breeze. Totally agree with sea water pro. He is a total gem. Glad you're getting his name out. Simple economical watermakers that are easy to maintain and repair. Good luck with the coming fittings. That looks like a bunch of work! 🤙

You'll love the induction, and you should get an air fryer, they are basically convection ovens, cooks dinner in 15 mins, chicken is always the easy one but great for fish beef veggies etc.

A little late but Congratulations! It's good to see you back up and filming again! One note on that beautiful spear gun: Many countries around the world view spear guns as deadly weapons and will confiscate and destroy them if they are declared when checking in. If you don't declare them and they decide to search your boat and find it, they will imprison the crew and impound the boat for smuggling weapons. It's completely insane and unreasonable but we have to remember, most countries around the world are not free societies and they have zero tolerance for anything they view to be a weapon. Use caution and IMO, stick to pole spears as those are typically accepted as a fishing devices. It's hit or miss and it would suck to see such beautiful workmanship lost to overzealous and misinformed customs agents or marine police.

First of all congrats on your baby. I was just going to add as a new owner of a 900mm induction cooktop you can use lots of cookware that you may not have thought of. Stainless steel for example. Stainless cookware is not marine grade and so will still work on your induction cooker (all the better if it is non stick). Cast iron is fine. Really large pots for cooking up a few fish frames in a broth for a hungry crew are usually stainless and will work. When in doubt just try a fridge magnet on them. They use a huge amount of electricity so your 12 batteries will get a work out. Bon voyage from Australia.
