Jeff being Jeff without making it about himself. Such respect. I love D'Arcy and was a little worried Jeff would detract from that, but they just complimented each other.

I love that Jeff stuck around for this but waited 6 minutes until he said anything. He knows that his presence is felt, whether or not words are exchanged.

Jeff Goldblum would be a fantastic 'Talk Show Sidekick'. He's the absolute best at being interested in what someone has to say without making it about himself. I hope he makes a mini career of 'sticking around' after his interview segments.
He was so civilized not competing for attention or to get laughs but able to participate. Rare quality
I think the 'sticking around' should come back as SOP in the US. Johnny did it! Even if the host has to fight that first guest for some attention, that's usually good TV too. Everyone should do it, always.

We could call it "Sticking Around with Jeff Goldblum", but there's someone else as the actual host.
I love how natural Seth is with his guests, He's the next best interviewer of people aside from Ferguson who was the king of it. People being people and not just walking ads for their next project.

Go back and look at Jeff Goldblum slo-mo air guitar as soon as D'Arcy starts talking about Huey Lewis (& The News). Seth called him on his baseball miming later, but he only makes eye contact there and thinks better of interrupting the story. I also love the way D'Arcy adds "& The News", and no one in the audience got the joke because they don't know what that is.

Actually the series has some nods to the movie but it’s not like the movie at all. I believe it’s better just because the depth of the characters is explored and is so nuanced. I just love it.
