I was born in Ogallala, NE. (thankfully my family moved away when I was 8) This woman tells no lies about its whole vibe. I always feel like I travel back in time when I visit relatives there.
I have lived in Ogallala for 20 years, besides having nothing to do for family's to do it's really not that bad.

Love Abbi. Broad City and Disenchantment were stellar roles for her personality.
I thought League Of Their Own didn't need a remake, but it looks really good.
It's more of an expansion than a remake, since we've got completely new characters, stories, and the deeper exploration of Black baseball players too.
There aren't enough shows or movies about the women during WW2. It's not really a remake. The show is great.
David's comedic timing is so good and I love the bit of Abbi not longer being tied to her best friend. I miss Broad City so much but happy both stars are doing well.

On a trip from California to Chicago, my mother stopped talking to me when I pointed to what I thought was the restaurant parking lot in Ogalala, Nebraska. It turned out to be the on ramp taking us back in the other direction for miles and miles and miles and miles and 25 more miles. Once she had a cup of coffee in front of her and had taken a few sips, I apologized.
I'm so excited to see her in a show again!!!

I love her in Matt’s Groening’s Disenchantment, and what did DAG mean by “dead weight”?
She worked closely with her friend ilana glazer on their Comedy show Broad City for years. They were hilarious together and did it themselves. He was just joking that she did this by herself and got rid of ilana (dead weight). She wouldn’t even jokingly high five that cuz she loves ilana who is also super talented and her friend ❤️ he was just Trying to be cute/funny hahaha

This isn’t the film--it’s not really like the film at all. That was centered on 2 sisters. The series is based on female ball players in the 40’s and the misogyny, racism and homophobia they experienced.

He made a joke about her good friend and while it was clearly a joke and he was actually praising both of them she felt weird about giving a high five after it which is understandable.
