Neat seeing professional bakeries like this. I enjoy KAF's videos - keep them coming! A sidenote - the coffee shop I worked at was like that in the neighborhood sense. I loved seeing our regulars every day. They sent mail and gave us employees little gifts, too. So many friendships are spawned at places like this. It makes life richer!

She's a wonderfully articulate teacher. I think I'd work for Flour for "free" if I could. Baking is about the best thing you can do in the culinary world.

Sorry, we don't know what brand of butter Joanne uses, but here at KAF, we use Cabot butter in our bakery.
