      Using the same subtraction method, you would subtract the MOI of the two rectangles from the total rectangle.
      I_total = DB^3/12
      I_small rectangle = [ (B-b)/2 * d ] * [ b/2 + (B-b)/4 ]^2 = [ (B-b)/2 * d ] * (B+b)/4
      Iyy = I_total - 2 * I_small rectangle.
