As a die-hard heavy metal fan, I can say this without any reservation, Tina Turner was a badass and is a legend. I wish I had an 8th of the energy she had, I think it was a show in London I watched on CZcams and she was in her 60s and man... She was on fire!

She was the strongest woman I’ve ever known, I love her and I will miss her my heart is so broken. She was there for me when I was going through a tough marriage. You better be good to me was one of them and then of course simply the best, and I don’t wanna fight no more. I grew up watching Tina loved her voice no one else had it and she rocked it. I had to flee my marriage with three kids on my hips.

This woman consistently got better with age. Not only was she an immense talent with a phenomenal voice and stage presence, but in the mid-1980s she was simply dropdead gorgeous in my opinion. Rest in peace beautiful lady. The world will miss you.

I first saw TIna, literally on the big screen, at a drive-in movie with my aunts and cousins on a family outing in the 60’s. There was a short video with her dancing and singing…..I never saw anything like it and to this day six decades later I still remember that riveting moment. What a fantastic talent. RIP Tina.

R.I.P. Queen Tina! I’ve attended two of her concerts, and she never disappointed. She was in her 60s and rocking high heels during the whole time at her concerts.
I will forever more love Tina Turner. I grew up with her. Sadly never got to see a concert of hers. I grew up listening to her 1984 comeback cassette driving to catholic school with my mom, listening to Tina’s private dancer, and Whats Love Got To Do With It, also listening to Patti Labelle’s New Attitude.. Those are memories growing up I will cherish..

What I love about TT, is that she owned the stage, she had class an undeniable breath taking voice and a sexiness that wasn't provoking, unlike Beyonce, Rihanna and the sorts like that. RIP, Queen of the live performances!
Tina Turner had a sexiness that was provoking. She was a risk taker. The standards of 1965 and those of today or just diffetent. But her, Donna Summer, Grace Jones and others were considered provocateur just as much as Beyoncé and Rihanna. Rihanna is more in the Grace Jones lane tho
As a pilot of private jets I had the pleasure of flying quite some celebrities. I will NEVER forget welcoming Tina on board when our CEO invited her to his chateau in South of France. I was in my early 30's then, so thank God I could hold my own when she entered the plane in Zürich, Switzerland and then looks you into the eye and says "good morning". My best flight ever. She's still my favourite artist, her show in my home country the Netherlands in 2009 is just epic! 69 years old, but on fire.... RIP Tina
